[cze][eng] Název: Kompenzační cvičení pro Přesuny na sněhu a ledu Cíle: Vytvořit sborník cviků, sloužících ke kompenzaci svalových dysbalancí u příslušníků Armády České republiky pro Přesuny na sněhu a ledu. Metody: Práce je analyticko-empirického charakteru. Je zde použita metoda návrhu a demonstrace. V teoretické části je využita deskriptivně- -analytická metoda, na základě které byl vytvořen sborník cviků. Výsledky: Z analýzy dostupné literatury byly stanoveny svaly, které jsou při Přesunech na sněhu a ledu přetěžovány a byl vytvořen sborník cviků s metodickým popisem. Klíčová slova: kompenzační cvičení, zdravotní cvičení, svalová nerovnováha, Přesuny na sněhu a ledu.Title: Compensatory exercises for military ski touring Objectives: Create a collection of exercises which is supposed to serve as a guide for compensating muscles imbalances among the Army of the Czech Republic members in the course of military ski touring. Methods: The bachelor thesis corresponds with an analytically-empirically based study of observational type. There were used the design and demonstration methods and methods of descriptive and analytical statistics in the theoretical part. Results: Due to the analysis of the literature review were determined muscles groups which are overloaded during military ski touring.
