The bachelor`s thesis focuses on the tax impact of the švarc system. It deals primarily with differences in the taxation and the insurance deductions between employees and the self-employed. The result of this thesis will be a proposal according to which the švarc system should be legalized due to the proximity of the taxation of employees and the self-employed.

This Bachelor´s thesis occupies with the proposal of the improvement of the motivation system and the remuneration of the employees in the representative company. In the theoretical part I am concerned with the theory of the motivation, incentive attitudes, stimulations and last but not least the remuneration of the employees. In the practical part thanks to the questionnaire survey I find out the current state of the satisfaction of the local employees with the motivation, reward system and the employee benefits. I propose the potential dealing with the imperfections.

Bachelor‘s thesis deals with an issue of employee motivation and attitudes to work in a sport organization. It specifies basic terms and theories connected with the motivation process. For the purpose of the thesis three sport organizations are chosen where a questionnaire survey is conducted. Based on the data obtained the analysis of performance motives and attitudes to work is performed, followed by the design of appropriate motivational strategies for leaders of the organizations.

It also analyzes present condition of compa-nies and it suggests improvement of used company rewarding methods. It also suggests more employee benefits.

Using analytical methods examines documents used in this process and comparing different alternatives of employment of employees assesses the established procedure in Skanska a.s. Based on analysis selects appropriate variants and gives them the positives and negatives. Based on their assessment selects the optimum solution that will save the company costs and increase their competitiveness.
