Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou systému hodnocení a odměňování pracovníků ve společnosti ENVINET a.s. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na shrnutí základních pojmů týkajících se metod hodnocení a odměňování zaměstnanců. V praktické části je analyzován současný stav společnosti a výzkum, který je zpracovaný na základě dotazníkového šetření. Závěrečná část obsahuje doporučené návrhy na zlepšení současného systému hodnocení a odměňování. This bachelor’s thesis focuses on analysis of the current system for employee evaluation and remuneration at ENVINET a.s. The theoretical part provides a summary of basic terms related to methods of employee evaluation and remuneration. The practical part constitutes of an analysis of the current situation in the company, and of a research performed based on a questionnaire survey. The final part contains suggestions for improvement of the current evaluation and remuneration system.
