Leisure activities and its influence on risk behavior within adolescents

(in English): The topic of the thesis is Leisure time and its influence on risk behavior of adolescents. The aim of the study was to characterize the relation between manners of leisure time spending and risk behavior in adolescent age. The first part is dedicated to a theoretical basis for research. There are definitions of the terms leisure time and its specifics of adolescent, particular attention is paid to leisure activities. Following is characterized the period of adolescence. The conclusion of theoretical part deals with risk behavior, its various forms and factors that affects it. The second part is dedicated to research, which took place on the Semily district. Based on the analysis of scientific literature and researches was prepared a research tool - the questionnaire. By obtained data analyze I was able to fill the objective of the work and thus characterize the relation between manners of leisure time spending and risk behavior in adolescent age. The effect of the regular participation in leisure activities was proofed as one of the protective factors in risk behavior. Further, the relation between place and manner of leisure time spending and risk behavior was statistically confirmed. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Leisure activities of second degree primary school pupils from socially disadvantaged background

The bachelor's thesis on the topic Leisure activities of children from socially disadvantaged backgrounds focuses on how children from socially disadvantaged backgrounds spend their free time. Thesis objective is finding out what activities the second grade students from this environment choose and if and how often they use the free time activity offerings at school or nearby institutions. Last but not least, find out if the free time aktivity offerings of school and surrounding institutions are sufficient, or what other free time activities the pupils would be interested in. The thesis is divided into two chapters, a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part defines the concepts of free time, it's functions and the importance of leisure time education. It also deals with social disadvantage and identifying pupils from a socially disadvantaged environment, which was key for the practical part and choosing the research respondents. The second chapter describes the research group and the evaluation of acquired research data. The research part contains the results of a questionnaire survey, describing how children from socially disadvantaged environment spend their free time, which institutions these children visit and what leisure activities they prefer. Changes in leisure activities of older school-age children and adolescents in the context of the restrictions announced by the Government of the Czech Republic during the COVID-19 pandemic ABSTRACT The thesis focuses on the changes in the leisure time of children and adolescents due to the restriction of personal freedom of individuals related to the state of emergency declared by the government of the Czech Republic. This state of emergency was declared by the government of the Czech Republic in order to protect public health in the context of the SARS CoV-2 (COVID - 19) pandemic. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a research part, where the theoretical part explains the concepts related to the topic and the research part explains the interrelationships between the selected variables based on a questionnaire survey and follow-up interviews. The research found that the impact of the SARS CoV-2 pandemic is not the only factor influencing the changes in the respondents' leisure time, especially since the period under study covers almost three years of the respondent's life, and therefore there are normal developmental changes. The bachelor thesis deals with the use of leisure activities for older school-age chil-dren in České Budějovice. The thesis contains a literature search related to the re-search on the use of organized leisure offers. The literature search characterizes the older school-age children, it also deals with leisure education and leisure time of chil-dren and youth, institutions for leisure time of older school-age children and describes leisure activities. The research section includes the research objectives, research que-stions, hypotheses and the research itself. The main aim of the research was to find out whether and to what extent older school-age children use leisure facilities in České Budějovice, and if they do not, for what reason.

Modern dance instructor as a leisure time teacher

The bachelor thesis is concentrated on the instructor of modern dance who is influencing other people as the leisure educator. The author defines the term modern dance and also characterize particularities of this sports field. The thesis also deals with the dance as type of a leisure activity and it briefly characterizes the leisure education concentrated mainly on the dance and education of leisure activities. The piece of work is focused on the children at the age between six and eleven years. The author also characterizes the evolution of the children and their physical abilities and the readers of the thesis are able to find out something about the educational methods of the leisure educator as well. The last chapter focuses on the personality of the leisure educator. Furthermore, this part defines the aims of his work and the scope of his activity. The bachelor thesis also concentrates on the leisure educator in the field of dancing, mainly the modern one.

Development of leisure activities in the horizon of 150 years in Černá v Pošumaví

This bachelor thesis deals with leisure activities in the village of Černá v Pošumaví. First, it defines the concept of leisure time and leisure activities from a theoretical point of view. The next part is devoted to the history of the village Černá v Pošumaví. There is mapped the development of associations, facilities and activities of people who participated in leisure activities in the village. Subsequently, the focus is on the flooding of the Pošumaví and its contribution to leisure activities. Next chapters deal with the school and school facilities that participated in some leisure activities. In the last part of the work, attention is paid to the parish of Černá v Pošumaví and some leisure activities organized by the parish.

Leisure Time of Children at the Elementary School in Čestice

The bachelor´s thesis named Leisure time of children at the 2nd level of an Elementary school in Čestice is focused on the current view of leisure time of children and youth specifically of pupils of the 2nd level of Elementary school Čestice (district Strakonice). The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the definition of leisure time, factors that affect it and education (raising) outside teaching and hobby activities, as well as the definition of older school - age and communication of individuals in this developmental phase, the possibilities of spending free time in Čestice and its surroundings and the leisure educator´s personality. The aim of the practical part of the bachelor´s thesis was to obtain information on how children at the 2nd level of the Elementary School in Čestice spend their free time. Quantitative research was used for data collection, using a questionnaire designed for 6.-9. classes of the Elementary School in Čestice. The results of the questionnaire survey are presented in tables and graphs and showed that the pupils of this primary school are satisfied with how they spend their free time and have an overview of the leisure opportunities offered to them by the school and the surrounding organizations. The most numerous activities, as stated by the students, are sports clubs, as well as clubs with a musical focus.
