Perception of Workload and Satisfaction of Workers in the Social Sphere

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the perception of workload and working satisfaction of workers in the social sphere. The aim of the work is to compare the workload of the social worker, which mainly deals with the administration and the worker in the social services, which moves in the field and further find out what affects the employment satisfaction of social workers as much as possible. This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical and practical part. The first theoretical part contains three main chapters. The first chapter deals with workers in the social sphere and their definition, describes workers who move in the social sphere and contains supporting documents for the pursuit of their profession and also the ethical codes of individual workers. The next chapter is the workload, which includes the definition of stress, stressors, the main causes of stress, the response to stress and also the management of burdens. The last chapter of the theoretical part is devoted mainly to Maslow's theory of motivation and the need for self-realization. There is a description of working satisfaction, theory of work satisfaction and factors influencing work satisfaction. In practical part, qualitative research was used and through structured interviews with inquiry. The information on workload and worker satisfaction was identified by social workers. Research has been able to identify what social workers consider to be a workload and as much as possible affect their job satisfaction. My work has shown whether social workers have any training opportunities in the area of workload management.
Analysis of working satisfaction in the company Delfi

The aim of diploma thesis was to summarize the theoretical knowledge of working satisfaction and factors which influence the working satisfaction of employees. After that, this theoretical level was transferred to practical parts of thesis. On the basis of results which were found out from research were suggested improvement measures. In this research was used a method of questionnaire survey and discussion with the top management. The top management could change and adjust the questionnaire. The research was filled out by all employees, except of company executives. The questionnaire was focused on factors of satisfaction that are related to the content of work, remuneration, the atmosphere in the workplace, working conditions and environment, executives managers, relationship to company and personal development. At the conclusion was followed by question as why the employee remain in the company and what are the reasons of leaving.
Corporate climate and estate of corporate cultur

The objective of this diploma thesis was to diagnose the estate of corporate cultur and specify the influences on corporate clime in a chosen company. Through the use of questionairs and TBSD test was confirmed the hypothesis, that the estate of corporate clime is affected by working satisfaction, by method of motivation, by method of stimulation, by way of communication and by compatibility of virtue concept of person with virtue concept of company, and this all in context with micro-, meso- and macro space. Thrue the analysis of dates it was identify, that there is a good corporate cultur in chosen company, which is blunted of existence of subcultures in single centres. In terms of study of special literature and of own knowledge it was recommend, that the company should expand the corporate cultur through the use of better informedness of employees about main scheme and objectives of the company. Other recommendation for improvement the corporate clime is individual acces to the motivation and coordination of emloyees, more emphasis on their further education and better care intendet for virtue concept and objectives of employees at their selection.
Motivation and stabilization of employees

Bachelor thesis describes and analyzes the motivation, stabilization and work satisfaction of employees in chosen corporation. Basic terms connected with theoretical background for example sources of motivation,theory of working motivation and others are defined in the theoretical part. The practical part offers closer view inside to the company, studies its motivational and stabilizational instruments, employees benefits and other factors used to satisfy the staff. Research was backed up with questionare and at the end of my work I analyzed all outputs with proper offers to improve critical results of some sections.

The aim of thesis was summed up the basic theoretical knowledge, to identify the fundamental factors of working satisfaction, to analyze working satisfaction to identify the factors of working satisfaction and dissatisfaction. Based on the results of research propose new measures how to improve dissatisfaction. In this thesis was used a questionnaire survey and structured interviews. A questionnaire was used for technical-economic employees and workers. Structured interviews were conducted with five top managers. Respondents were asked about satisfaction with the content of work, remuneration, promotion of personal development and career growth, the human relations and working conditions. In conclusion they were asked about their relation to the company in which they work.
