Cílem diplomové práce bylo shrnout základní teoretické poznatky a identifikovat základní faktory pracovní spokojenosti, provést analýzu pracovní spokojenosti s cílem identifikovat faktory pracovní spokojenosti a nespokojenosti a na základě výsledků z výzkumu navrhnout zlepšující opatření. Byly k tomu použity metody dotazníkového šetření a strukturovaných rozhovorů. Metoda dotazníkového šetření byla použita pro technicko-hospodářské zaměstnance a pro dělníky. Strukturované rozhovory byly provedeny s pěti nejvyššími manažery. Respondenti byli dotazováni na spokojenost s obsahem práce, odměňováním, podporou osobního rozvoje a kariérového růstu, se vztahy na pracovišti a pracovními podmínkami. Na závěr byli také dotazováni na vztah ke společnosti, pro kterou pracují. The aim of thesis was summed up the basic theoretical knowledge, to identify the fundamental factors of working satisfaction, to analyze working satisfaction to identify the factors of working satisfaction and dissatisfaction. Based on the results of research propose new measures how to improve dissatisfaction. In this thesis was used a questionnaire survey and structured interviews. A questionnaire was used for technical-economic employees and workers. Structured interviews were conducted with five top managers. Respondents were asked about satisfaction with the content of work, remuneration, promotion of personal development and career growth, the human relations and working conditions. In conclusion they were asked about their relation to the company in which they work.
