Cílem diplomové práce bylo shrnutí základních teoretických poznatků, určit základní faktory pracovní spokojenosti, provést analýzu pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců s cílem odhalit klíčové faktory pracovní spokojenosti resp. nespokojenosti v organizaci a na základě získaných poznatků navrhnout opatření ke zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců. The aim of the thesis was a summary of the basic theoretical knowledge, the identification of the fundamental factors of working satisfaction, to analyze the working satisfaction of purpose to identify the key element of working satisfaction and dissatisfaction in the organisation and to propose improving steps how to increase the satisfaction based on the obtained data.
