Kunz, Ondřej ; Myslín,, Jiří (referee) ; Dýr, Petr (advisor) ; Čupr, Karel (advisor)
Based on the architectural study from the second year of the bachelor study program, the following bachelor thesis is elaborated, which further disseminates the study to other subsequent stages of the project documentation. The theme of the thesis is the new family viticulture in the village Velké Němčice for winery Kamil Prokeš. The building will include both production facilities and housing, accommodation for guests and a wine shop with an adjacent tasting room. The building is situated on the outskirts of Velké němčice, where there are old farm buildings and gardens, a football field and a one-storey garage parking lot. The land is unconstructed and currently there are only planted trees. On the sloping land is designed one object, which is divided into several parts. Wine production is located in the basement, which is accessible from the north side and allows the grain and expedition. The above-ground floor consists of three interconnected masses. The central part, where the wine cellar and tasting room are located, is designed as a single-story, glass-covered building with a flat, green roof. On both sides of the building there are two identical, two-storey buildings with a saddle roof, where the western building houses the wineries housing and the eastern accommodation for the guests. All three masses are visually interconnected by the overlapping flat roof of the central object. The unified building, which is completed on the northern and southern side with the terrace for the guests and owners of the winery, is created. In front of the building is a model vineyard, which refines the overall view of the facade of visible concrete and also unambiguously points out the function of the object. The bottom structure is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete block and the above-ground floor consists of lightweight concrete panels, folded ceiling structures and a roof saddle roof. The central part has a core where the adjoining facilities are located,
WINE HOUSE NIKOLSBURG MIKULOV
Kotoulková, Leona ; Macháčková, Šárka (referee) ; Dýr, Petr (advisor)
The topic of the diploma thesis is the design of a representative building of the Nikolsburg winery, which decided to get rid of the role of mediator of the grapes supply for another winery to produce its own wine. This building is to house a four-star hotel for thirty people, a tasting room with a view of the barrique barrels, a restaurant for forty people and a small wellness area. This newly designed building is located in the outskirts of Mikulov between the nature reserves Turold and Růžový vrch. The basic concept was created depending on the slope of the terrain and the orientation to the cardinal directions. I also tried my best to take advantage of attractive views and limit the view of the technical zone, which is located southwest of the plot. The façade made of ceramic fittings from the Flexbrick company helps me with this intention. An important expressive element of the building is the division of the last floor with hotel rooms, which are oriented to the surrounding landmarks - Mikulov with the Holy Hill and Růžový vrch.

Orinčák, Denis ; Rosendorf, Aleš (referee) ; Boleslavská, Yvona (advisor) ; Kacálek, Petr (advisor)
The topic of the bachelor thesis is an object of the Marcinčák winery in Novosedly. This project is developed on the basis of the previous project form subject AG032 from the school year 2018/2019. The design is divided into three buildings of different functions. Individual functions consist of production, representative part and accommodation. Second and third class roads lead to the construction site. The solved area is located on a hill without surrounding buildings. The production building is sunk underground. The remaining two objects are partially recessed. the representation part and accommodation part is covered by a common roof with an overhang. Parking lot is located behind the buildings and is situated higher than other buildings. It is connected to the buildings by a ramp and a staircase, which covers the overhang of the roof at the front of the building. The appearance of the building is to resemble a bird hovering over a vineyard. Colour and technical design are also adapted to this idea. Buildings are dark in colour and the roof is bright to make it look lighter. The main building structures are designed from reinforced concrete. The inner load-bearing walls are made of aerated concrete. Barrier-free access is solved for all buildings. The accommodation also has a room for the disabled. in the representative part there are shops with a reception, tasting rooms, catering, sanitary facilities and facilities for staff. There is also a technical room for both buildings in this section. Buildings are also accessible to cyclists, as the area is located in the area of cycle paths.
Moravian wine centre Brno
Jedrzejková, Ivana ; Myslín,, Jiří (referee) ; Dýr, Petr (advisor)
The main subject of this diploma project was to design an architectural proposal of Moravian Wine Centre in Brno, Czech Republic. To design a polyfunctional building with a concept of new use of an existing network of underground cellars became the main goal of the proposal. The building is divided into seven functional units where services in the fields of culture, education, gastronomy, recreation and wine production will be provided. The form and shape of MVC is based on the idea of making a passable connection between two important urban spaces Exhibition Centre Brno, and the Zluty Kopec area. The next aim was to create a public space for cultural events and recreation. Part of the assignment was to deal with smaller urban planning of adjacent properties and to react to Brno's planning policy. The new park type of green line, axially connecting those two points of Exhibition Centre and Zluty Kopec, and a new access road from the street "Vinarska" were proposed. Parking spaces are divided into above-ground and underground in order to restrict parking on street. An automatic parking system is part of the object MVC Brno.

The main entrance is on the first floor, where is the access to the accommodation part with ten double rooms and one double room accessible for people with disability. In the other part of the building there is a social hall with sanitary facilities, catering kitchen and a tasting cellar. The entrance to the basement, where the wine factory is situated, was made to keep visitors in enjoyable and quiet resort and not bothered. The whole building is design in the shape U, which creates internal private space. At the same time the building shape protects the wine from the winds.
