Ways of web project management

This bachelor thesis deals with ways of web project management. The main goals of this thesis include determining the specifics of web projects and specifics of web project management. Subsequently using these specifics to compare and choose appropriate tools to support web project management. The theorectical part thoroughly describes area of web projects and web products that are needed to determine specifics of web project management. In the practical part, the author uses metodology PMBOK (2013), which helps him to determine these specifics. Finally, the author on the basis of determined specifics compares software tools and chooses those that are suitable for web project management support. This thesis offers ways to effectively manage web projects and can serve as guide for appropriate web project management tools selection.
Using social networks to increase competitiveness

This thesis deals with online social networking. The goal is aimed at a specific web project to demonstrate and comment on the possibility of using the elements of social networks to increase competitiveness. The text is divided into six chapters. In first is introduced the concept of project, including the objectives and reasons for choosing the theme. The next theoretical chapter describes the history and theory, followed by presentation of successful social sites. There are written the best practices for success in social networking too. The theory is followed by analytical and practical sections -- there is the real web project (hobby site aimed at sharing of user manuals and procedures) described. These chapters are a crucial part of the whole work, there are described all parts of project making, from the analysis of the environment through the required "social" functionality to examples of implementation and discussion of future forms of product promotion. The fifth chapter then presents an assessment of previous sections; achieved outputs are compared (commented) with performance targets and expectations. This part contains also the expected outlook for the future. The conclusion sums up the whole project.
Project Management in the E-business projects

The bachelor work propose complex procedure of managing e-business projects. It begins in project concept (rights establishment of goals, deadlines, budget and selection of resources), after that follow analyses (market analysis, database analysis, process analysis and analysis of application architecture). Than it continues with process plan (list of tasks to be done and their delegation) and project implementation, at which is closely connected testing (user, security and execution) it ends with closing of project. The second part contains list of selected software tools, which enabling efective managing of project and its description. The tools are divided to commerce and non-commerce.
