New Challenges for Directors of secondary Schools in the Czech Republic and France - Project management in the sphere of education

This diploma thesis explores the issue of project activity which has become a new challenge for school directors in EU member states for the last few years. The projects not only contribute to the fulfillment of the tasks of the educational process, but also to the development of the school environment. The aim of this thesis is to compare the use of project possibilities within the research sample of directors of secondary schools in the Czech Republic and France. Theoretical background specifies the project and its cycle together with the strategy, tools and subsidy opportunities within the educational and regional policy of the European Union. The empirical part investigates the differences between the activity and success in the use of grant funds within the sample of directors of Czech and French schools and views on the form of international cooperation in the Comenius sub-program of lifelong learning.

Čerpání prostředků ze strukturálních fondů pro oblast vzdělávání v programovém období 2007-2013

Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice čerpání prostředků ze strukturálních fondů pro oblast vzdělávání. První část se zabývá programovým financováním a efektivností veřejných projektů v oblasti strukturální politiky. Následuje úvod do problematiky strukturálních fondů, porovnání programových období 2004-2006 a 2007-2013. Dále se již práce věnuje konkrétně operačním programům zabývajícím se oblastí vzdělávání (OP VK, OP LZZ, Praha Adaptabilita). Praktickou část práce tvoří příručka pro potenciální žadatele o podporu z evropských strukturálních fondů s tématikou rozvoje lidských zdrojů.

Vzdělávání v Evropské unii: současnost a budoucí trendy

Práce se věnuje problematice vzdělávací politiky EU. Je rozdělena do tří částí. První část se zabývá vývojem vzdělávání na úrovni Evropské unie od jejího počátku až do současnosti a účastí institucí a agentur EU na vzdělávání. Druhá část je zaměřena na řízení, správu a financování vzdělávání na úrovni členských států EU a podává pohled na všechny úrovně celoživotního vzdělávání, od primární úrovně po vzdělávání dospělých. Třetí tématický blok tvoří současné trendy ve vzdělávání ? Lisabonská strategie, Boloňský a Kodaňský proces. Dále je zdůrazněn význam vzdělání na evropském trhu práce a nastíněna zaměstnanost v sektoru vzdělávání, její specifika a výzvy, kterým bude muset v blízké budoucnosti čelit.
