The manipulator for the bulk material

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a hand guided manipulator for lifting and tilting boxes for the bulk material. Manipulator is design to transporting these boxes on a flat storage. The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis deals with similar trucks for handling with bulk material. The practical part of this bachelor thesis is focused on the conceptual design of the manipulator and strength calculations. The drawing documentation is part of bachelor thesis.

The analysis includes the clear distribution, the description of each type, the description of the structure, the description of handling mechanism and the technical and operational parameters. The thesis critically evaluates the area of manipulation with the trucks. Final part is devoted to the future expects of further development in this area.

The result proposed in the thesis uses existing technologies but combines them in new context to gain better qualities of a lift truck especially in relation to user-friendliness and ergonomics. Shaping works on functional demands which are understood as a basis for further developments towards the aesthetical outcome.
Handling equipment for a storage of the barrels

The Bachelor´s thesis deals with the design of handling equipment for barrel warehouse as additional device for forklifts. Forklift moves on the flat floor of the warehouse. All functions of the mechanism are powered by hydrostatic oil pressure. In the thesis, some design proposals are made, after their evaluation is chosen final variation which includes functional and strength calculations. The chosen concept includes a drawing documentation.
Design of fork-lift truck

This diploma thesis deals with design features of a customs swivel cabin fork-lift truck. Concept is adapted to the technical and ergonomic requirements and the main goal of this concept is to provide original design with a view to the future. The complex concept meets the operational, technical and ergonomic demands of such engines. The project is focused on the design concept and complex contour-composition of the swivel cabin fork-lift truck. Designed of the fork-lift truck stems from the modern technological methods and the construction is ready for production and everyday operating usage, hence the production of this project would be rather expensive for the local market. However, it might be possible to start the production of this fork-lift truck, equipped by various functional components, sometime in the future and such extra functional components will be included as basic accessories of any fork-lift truck.
The concept of handling steel sheet plates

This bachelor thesis deals with the conceptual design of steel sheet handling. The theoretical part describes the basic possible ways of steel sheet handling and their parameters. The following section contains time calculations of the handling process, specifically the design of the handling process using the triangular method with a focus on the shortest transport time. Subsequently, there is a description of a simple handling device for this process in Vanad's hall according to the requirements of this company, where the main proposed component is a bracket to which the handling device is attached. The thesis includes a strength analysis of this component.
