As a base for the thesis was used related law and publications. Research about the topic was realized among kindergarten's directors. Outputs of the research were analyzed. Results of the analyses are described in the theses. The thesis looks at one of the internal regulations of the school as a requirement in diversity. Thesis "The infringement of law-given regulations hen creating inner rules (for clu bor camps) in dependence on law-awarness of the autors" describes the relation between the frequency of violationg legal regulations and the legal awareness of their authors. This thesis procedí from the theoretical baseof legal regulations obligatory for lemure organizations. Apart from general theories this work consists of analysis of a questionnaire surfy in lemure centres as well as a kontent analysis of written documents (inner rules, club rules and camp rules). The thesis also offers alternatives of further improvements in this area.

THE INFRINGEMENT OF LAW-GIVEN REGULATION HEN CREATING INNER RULES (FOR CLUB OR CAMP) in dependence on law-awarness of the autors ABSTRACT: Thesis The infringement of law-given regulations when creating inner rules (for clubs or camps) in dependence on law-awareness of the authors describes the relation between the frequency of violating legal regulations and the legal awareness of the authors of inner rules. This thesis is based on the theoretical knowledge of legal regulations obligatory for organizations dealing with free-time activities or voluntary education. The theoretical part is focused on the competence of chief operatives and the delegation of creating inner rules. The practical part consists of analysis of a questionnaire and a sample of written documents and compares the theoretical knowledge with obtained data. The thesis also offers alternatives for further improvements in the area.
