FIT Inner Stereopanorama

This bachelor thesis is about combination of stereoscopic and panoramic photography. It describes creation of panoramas especially by stitching a set of images. Principles of depth perception and possibilities of stereoscopic images projection are discussed. This thesis includes software for presentation stereopanoramic pictures of Faculty of Information Technology interiors on the Internet and its description.
Virtual Tour of FIT for Oculus Quest

The main goal of this work is to make an application for VR headset Oculus Quest. This application has several features that allow the user to do more than just walk freely around the FIT BUT areal, such as Navigation, Instant travel, and viewing basic room information. The Navigation feature is used to find the shortest route to the desired office or lecture room, where every room has its panel with information about the room. The instant travel feature allowes choosing a starting location.
The use of high-resolution photographs in the real estate practice.

The aim of the work was to put together the list of possible ways to use high resolution image in real estate practice. Photographies are created by stitching more than one image on itself. Further on was developed methodology of working with these images and was made an illustration with detailed description of the procedure for each individual case. For each procedure were proposed possibilities in practical using. For the thesis purposes was conducted real estate and public survey. Based on results of the survey were purposed draft measures to improve internet real estate advertising.
3D Graphics in Web Browser

The thesis deals with the creation of a three-dimensional virtual view with the use of the new WebGL standard in combination with O3D javascript framework. The result is freely available web application which generates a virtual tour of sent series of photographs. Afterwards, the photographs are processed by the server, which on the basis of found corresponding points creates 3D scene. The application is based on a freeware application Bundler [40] which is used for identifying 3D points in uploaded photographs and related cameras (the places from which the photographs were taken). Bundler outputs are processed by Jetty web server with the use of Java script. At this point, all data required for the creation of a view are gathered. The display of the final result is then realized via HTML5, CSS, WebGL and Javascript using O3D.
Virtual Tour in VR

This thesis deals with the making of virtual tours in the virtual reality. It deals with panoramic photographs and their use in creating virtual tours. In this thesis, two applications were designed and implemented. The first one as a web editor for creating and the other as a mobile application for viewing virtual tours. The created solution provides a comprehensive tool for working with virtual tours.

BORÁK, M. Aspects of creating and implementing virtual tours. Master's the-sis. Brno, 2023. This master's thesis focuses on the creation of virtual tours using drones and virtual reality (VR) technologies as supporting elements. The aim of the thesis is to design and implement a system that effectively integrates these technologies and investigates how they can jointly contribute to innovative and attractive experiences of virtual tours. In the first part of the thesis, a review of current trends and methods in the field of virtual tours, drones, and VR is conducted. The work then addresses the possibilities of integrating these technologies and their application for creating new and efficient solutions in the area of virtual tours. The second part of the thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a system for creating virtual tours, which utilizes drones to capture spherical panoramas, and the creation of an interactive environment. Thanks to this combination, it is possible to provide users with an engaging and comfortable experience of the virtual tour while ensuring the efficiency and flexibility of the tour creation process. In the last part of the thesis, an evaluation and testing of the proposed system is carried out.
Creation of a virtual tour of the Faculty of Science of Charles University suitable for students with special needs

Bachelor thesis deals with the creation of a virtual tour. It discusses the possibilities of acquiring data for virtual tours, their editing and visualization in a suitable program. The aim of this work is to design and create a virtual tour of Faculty of Science of Charles University for students with special needs, especially for people with limited mobility. The tour was created from 360ř images edited in the Zoner Photo Studio. Created tour is visualized in the 3DVista which was chosen based on the analysis of software for creating virtual tours. The text also dsscusses the importance of of user elements and features of the virtual tour. The output of this work is a complete virtual tour of the faculty with information about barrier-free movement.
Reconstruction of Prievidza city from old photographs

RECONSTRUCTION OF PRIEVIDZA CITY FROM OLD PHOTOGRAPHS Abstract The work focuses on creating and visualization of digital 3D reconstruction of the historic core of Prievidza as it looked in 1929. Old photographs and other archival materials were used as the basis for the work. The theoretical part describes the issue of creating a 3D model and presents the possibilities of presenting a 3D model on the Internet. In particular, the possibilities offered by programs for creating a virtual tour were analyzed. The practical part of the work focuses on the creating of a 3D model in SketchUp, visualization of this model in Lumion, the creation of outputs and a comparison of three freely available programs for creating a virtual tour - Marzipano, Orbix360 and Kuula. Kuula was chosen for creation of a virtual tour. The results of the work are photos of a 3D model, a flythrough video published on YouTube channel and an online virtual tour. Vu, H. H. Interactive tour created with the Unity. Brno: Mendel University in Brno 2018. The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to create and implement virtual tours for the Ig- loonet, s. r. o. Firstly, the readers get familiarized with the processes available for the development and creation of virtual tours. Then the methods of creation of the interactive tour are described further. This virtual tour is made in the game engine Unity and all the models are modelled in the Rhinoceros tool. Users interact with ob- jects of model which cause the things to operate and perform some actions, thus. These interactive components are animated and scripted using C# programming language.
