Precipitation variability in Prague during long-term period
Schovánková, Tereza ; Kožnarová, Věra (advisor) ; Bachanová, Soňa (referee)
Atmospheric precipitation are one of the most important meteorological element that influences both the natural environment as well as a number of human activities especially agriculture, forestry and water management. Its oversupply causing floods has also a negative impacts on ponderables and loss of life. Therefore the knowledge of the spatial distribution of precipitation and their changes in time are of great importance in the reality. Following bachelor thesis includes a literature recherche summarizing findings of the distribution, measurement and precipitation description using precipitation characteristics. There were used data of the meteorological station Prague Karlov in the experimental part of the bachelor thesis. The attitude of the station is 260,5 m over the sea, geographic coordinates are 50 04 N and 14 25 W. The database was created using the Czech Hydrometeorological institute measurements published in the journal: Monthly review of measurement and observation of Prague Karlov observatory within the period of 1961 up to the 2010. There were used three basic precipitation characteristics to create the analysis. The characteristics are: number of days with precipitation is greater or equal to 0,1 mm, 1,0 mm and 10,0 mm. There was used a standard climatological normal as a referential characteristic which was calculated of the period 1961 up to the 1990 and supplemented by descriptive statistics parameters as everage, minimum, maximum, median, modus, standard deviation and amplitude. The results are presented in graphs and charts. In the general evaluation of analysed period can be stated that at Prague Karlov observatory there is a trend of reduction of days with precipitation is greater or equal to 0,1 mm or 0,1 mm moreover during the whole year except the spring months when the number of days with precipitation increases. The most significant changes are in number of days with precipitation is greater or equal to 0,1 mm in January, March, July and December as well as July, September and November for precipitation is greater or equal to 1,0 mm. It was confirmed that we are experiencing precipitation time dividing changes.

Modlitba, Zdeněk ; Teplý, Vladimír (referee) ; Odvárka, Antonín (advisor) ; Štěpánek, Ladislav (advisor)
The theme of the project is a new music club with reharsal rooms and recording studio in the center of Brno, Obilní trh. The site is situated on the slope next to the castle Špilberk. The proposal is based on an openness to the public, trying to captivate, pull in and make a passerby the visitor. The whole complex is made of three solitary objects that escalates its scale from view and trying not to create a barrier, but rather give the impression of accessibility. The site of this complex, along with trees, creates a park enviroment which enables the views to the castle Špilberk. The buildings are partially buried in the hillside terrain and directly connected to the extensive green roof, which creates a friendly terrace where you can watch the street or the artists inside the building. Functional content is divided into three objects. The largest one is a music club, including foyer, 2 music halls, terrace allowing views to the Obilní trh, backstages for musicians and garages. The second, single-storey building with a courtyard includes ateliers, reharsal rooms and a sociable relax corridors. The last, two-storey building includes a recording studio, which is situated right inside the courtyard.
Spelling variation in English loanwords
KIMLOVÁ, Markéta
The thesis deals with the variability of spelling of English loanwords in the Czech language, both from the diachronic and synchronic point of view. It explores Anglicisms in the Czech vocabulary in general, and focuses on the borrowings and their spelling variants occurring in recent journalistic texts. It also examines how the original spelling and pronunciation influence the final form of the loanword which eventually becomes standardised in Czech. The theoretical part describes the phonetic changes that take place when a word is borrowed and also the differences in the phonological systems of Czech and English. The practical part deals with competing alternatives of English loanwords in Czech, both those already firmly established and the newly borrowed ones, which are more likely to occur in dual spelling in the current Czech language.

Individual houses are designed as concrete skeletons, whose disposition charge is variable and offers a wide range of sizes of apartments.
NEW ON THE „OLD“ – Brno, Bratislavská - Stará Corner
Struhařík, Daniel ; Šupler, Libor (referee) ; Jura, Pavel (advisor)
UNIVERSAL / OPEN HOUSE "The timelessness of house is not stable, but the ability to adapt to new operating them without losing the original quality and spatial scheme." Yvette Vašourková, Golden Section, n ° 34, Winter 2011 The theme of the proposal is universal, respectively. open house. One that allows you to change the function without interfering with the structural nature of the object. Thanks to this, people can work or live, or a combination of both. The supporting elements will form the facade and reinforcing core. Interior walls are non-load bearing and therefore variable. Universal grid facade deliberately does not predetermine the house for any use, allows him time stability. The house becomes a kind of framework. The object may be a residential house, for example, the administrative department or the hotel. This means that even after changing the function of the house will have to be removed.

Integral part Solutions will finish outdoor spaces, which would functionally replace the missing central square. More detailed framework construction program is contained in a separate annex assignment.
Determination of Blood Pressure Parameters for Ventilation Control during Anaestesia in Horses
Horský, Martin ; Provazník, Ivo (referee) ; Čmiel, Vratislav (advisor)
The present work deals with the issue of hemodynamic monitoring of blood pressure in horses during mechanical ventilation in anesthetized horses. Result of this work is an extension to the application Datex-Ohmeda S/5 Collect, which from the pressure curve provides values needed for optimal ventilation. Initial chapter provides a general physiologic introduction. It describes the definition of blood pressure, cardiac cycle and description of the pressure curve. It also deals with the hemodynamic parameters such as pulse pressure, stroke volume and their variabilities. In the second chapter is described methodology of measuring blood pressure in horses. Both, noninvasive and invasive methods are included. The third chapter analyzes fluctuations in blood pressure during ventilation. The last fourth chapter describes the implemented extension module which is designed to monitor hemodynamic parameters of the pressure curve.

Sport Centre Brno
Zaplatil, David ; Vostrejž, Dušan (referee) ; Odvárka, Antonín (advisor)
It is an object of sports equipment, which will be mainly used for ice hockey, as well as for the organization of other sporting and social events. The main objective in the design of architectural buildings were to meet modern requirements for the operation and use of the sports hall. Mass solution hall is designed as part of a hyperbolic curve, which rotates around a central axis. This substance is added next curve and along the perimeter. It is a sine wave, which is twice reflected on the mass of the object. This curve separates the roofing structure from the construction and glazing adds mass element dynamics, which is in my opinion the sporting character of the buildings needed. Construction is due to this curve seems to be constantly moving. This curve has another purpose and that the highest point of the curve are a total of two, is the main entrances to the building and the curve that creates a kind of "entry portal".
