Visitors` Satisfaction in the Town of Písek

The main aim of this thesis is to identify factors influencing the level of visitors´ satisfaction of the South Bohemian region based on a quantitative research. Another goal is the perception of quantity and quality of a primary and secondary supply in terms of demand. The outcome of the thesis is a proposal of measures leading to increasing in the satisfaction of tourism participants in the destination.
Customers satisfaction with the offer of the ski resorts services

Title: Customers satisfaction with the offer of the ski resorts services Objectives: The main goal of the thesis is the determination of customers' satisfaction with the ski resorts services and to suggest an improvement on the basis of the results. The thesis' main aim is to analyse not only customers' satisfaction with the particular services and ski resorts facilities, but also the level of services' importance within the whole offer provided by the ski resort. The results from different ski resorts are subsequently compared. Methods: The thesis utilises the quantity research performed via electronic questionnaire. The particular services are evaluated by scale, which determinates the weight of the service. The hypotheses are verified by the correlational analysis. In case of comparison of results the comparative method is used. Results: The result of the thesis is the determination of the customers' satisfaction with the ski resorts services, determination of the importance of particular services and comparison of the results between the ski resorts. Analysis of corporate cultures of Bata, Google and Toyota and comparison to attitudes of employees in CR in year 2011

Bachelor thesis "An Analysis of Corporate Cultures Bata, Google and Toyota and Comparison of Attitudes of Employees in CR in 2011" briefly discusses the corporate culture in general- possible definitions, formation and change. Closer is discussed Schein's concept of corporate culture, especially his three level model. The study is also focused on corporate culture of Bata, Google and Toyota corporations, which was analyzed based on the available literature. A comparison of the concept of corporate culture of selected companies emerged categories of attributes of corporate culture shared by all three companies. These categories of attributes became the subject of empirical survey that was aimed at determining the importance of different attributes and their impact on overall satisfaction of employees in the Czech Republic. The results of survey are a typology of employees and evaluation of attributes of employees from various companies in the Czech Republic in terms of their importance and in terms of how employees are satisfied with them. Based on survey could be determined which attributes should be preserve at current levels, thereby preserve the level of employee satisfaction, which attributes are potential for improving their level of satisfaction and those which have to some extent, lost...
Customer Satisfaction Research in the Private Healthcare Facility

The thesis is focused on specifics of quality and customer satisfaction in health care. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the status of this issue in the literature; it compares theoretical approaches to quality that are generally applied and approaches that are recommended by authors for the health care sector. This part uses the Czech and foreign literature. The practical part of the thesis provides an overview of a current state of health care facilities, presents characteristics of the society where the research was conducted and its products. A satisfaction customer research is presented on a concrete example of a private eye care facility. Outcomes of the research are analyzed. Data obtained by the analysis are synthesized, the conclusion is made and further actions are suggested.

Praktická část obsahuje analýzu výsledků výzkumného šetření, které bylo zaměřené na zjištění spokojenosti spotřebitelů s potahovými textiliemi ve vozidlech Škoda, jejich názorů a zkušeností.
