Aguarium. A Set of Art lessons for 1st Grade of Elementary School. (theoretical-project thesis)

The presented theoretical and project diploma thesis was aimed at developing an art project AQUARIUM, during the Art Education lessons in the first level of elementary school. It is structured in two parts, a theoretical one and a practical one. The theoretical part defines the therms and processes available literature on the topic. The project part of the thesis consists of eleven proposed art lessons and also deals with the documentation, implementation and reflection of the proposed teaching units. The diploma thesis is followed with pictorial annexes related to the theoretical part, photo documentation of lessons and proposed structured preparation.
Motorcyclists. The Art Project for 2nd Grade of Elementary School. (theoretical-project thesis)

Diploma thesis entitled 'Motorcyclists' focused on the creation of an art project for 2nd grade an outline of the technical motorcycle development. It also deals with the design and motorcycle racing. The following chapter presents certain Czech and foreign artists who projected the motorcycle into their work as a theme. The last two chapters of this part are devoted to technical motives in art education and project teaching. The primary goal was to create an art project that contains nine lessons, which are described in the practical part. This part also includes the preparation of the project, a brief description of the art techniques used, and a reflection of the implemented lessons in the project. The diploma thesis is completed with attachments, which contain reproductions of art for the theoretical part, photo documentation of the art project and structured preparation of the lessons.

Linda Arbanová, PhD. This is a theoretical study investigating the present-day free graphic arts (designs). It describes the main trends, materials and techniques used. The text contains an an- notated selection of several Czech and foreign authors, which illustrates the different mainstreams of contemporary graphic arts. The didactic part of this study contains a research on the topic entitled Relation of Ba- sic-School Students to the Graphic Arts and a suggestion of a didactic approach to Art teaching based on the results of the research. The creative part of the study shows my own works-based on the topic: Time of Natu- re-made with the combined technique of digital print and linocut.
Art education for mentally disabled pupils - project "Myself"

The bachelor thesis researches the possibilities of the project method of teaching in art education for person with mental handicap. The theoretical part discusses the characteristic of mentally handicap person, their artistic expression, special art education and artefiletic. There is also mention problems of project teaching. The practical part deals with the project, which is partially realized. The project aims is development of creativity, self-expression and enjoyment from artistic activity. In the next part is the presentation of products with take reflection down. The purpose of the project wasn't only his own creative expression. The project is led to self expression, cooperation and joint communication. Through drawings to express their feelings and thoughts. I managed to express unconsciously their goals and value. Finally, I stated the project method can be successfully implemented with the mentally handicapped.

The diploma thesis called Visual arts education and artistic creation in Štětí describes the teaching and the conception of Visual arts in Štětí. The methods of qualitative research were implemented, namely the observations of the art teachers in practice, the interviews with the teachers and the statements of the pupils. All these methods were used in order to answer the research question. Another aim of the diploma thesis is to describe the educational and cultural institutions.
