Performance of Real Estate Activities

This thesis illustrates the real estate environment from a professional and legal perspective. The first part of this thesis will refer to the legislative components and organizations, which affect the development of laws related to the industry. Then, the real estate market will be defined from two angles - a broker's and the competitors, as well as illustrating the differences in the Czech and Slovak markets. A case study will show the process of two property sales. In the first, a family house is sold under normal conditions and in the second, an apartment building is sold under shared ownership. The final segment of the thesis will summarize a research, which was focused on service quality in the Czech and Slovak real estate brokerage markets.

On the basis of analysis and financial plan is assessed the feasibility of business plan in practise.

This work focuses on expanding the business plan of the Academy of Martial Arts in Vyškov. The main goal is to create a fully plan. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first is the theoretical basis. This part deals mainly with the characteristics of the most important concepts needed to understand the issue. In the second part, the knowledge gained by processing the theoretical part is applied. The necessary analyzes are carried out, their results evaluated and possible procedures for their use outlined.

The bachelor thesisis is a proposal of the business plan for the intention to establish the mobile bar. This specific bar combines elements of fast food and classic bar. The thesis consists of three parts. Theoretical part is based on literary research and the elementary terms are defined here. The analytical part deals with market analysis and its needs, using SLEPT and SWOT analysis. The design part is then the proposal of business plan itself.

"Centrum" Department Store in Brno

The subject of the thesis is an architectural study of the reconstruction and extension of the "Centrum" department store in Brno. It is a dominant building designed by the famous czech architect Vladimir Karfík, which is located at the Urban Conservation Area Brno. Object wasn´t realized with the full extent of the original proposal, so in the project is planned a completion of it. The new solution respects the historical quality of Urban Conservation Area Brno with a concurrent view of the location on the lucrative land in the city center. The architectural concept is based on a return to the original idea of the architect and the addition of my own creative contribution within the extension of the new floors. Draft of the extension is intended so that the individual parts of an object communicate with each other, but they are easily recognizable as well. This idea was filled by both parts linked together visually by horizontal lines and ripple, which is used on balconies of the extension and behind the facade of the current building by shielding walls. However it is emphasized the contrast between an enclosed mass and a free-flowing space. The existing part of the building is used especialy as a leasable area of trade and services. On the upper floors there are areas of administration. Furthermore, there will be a restaurant and cafe with exhibition galleries and apartments are designed on the new added floors. The building is adapted to use by person with limited mobility. Newly added uses in the object will increase the attractiveness of the building and its surroundings.

The bachelor's thesis is a feasibility study of offering cleaning services for external blinds in the form of trade. The thesis is divided into theoretical part, analytical part and proposal. The first part deals with the theoretical basis of the thesis. The analytical part includes a market survey and my own marketing research. The proposal is a plan for the offer of the mentioned service, which is based on the knowledge of the specific business field. The main output of the study is to figure out the potencial for the realisation of the business idea.

Shedding Light on The Dark Web

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o Temném webu a jeho využití. Přestože je Temný web součástí Internetu takřka od samotného vzniku Internetu, veřejnost mu začala věnovat svou pozornost teprve před pár lety. Hlavním cílem této práce je zvýšit povědomí uživatelů internetu o dané problematice Temného webu a tím jim pomoci chránit sebe a své osobní informace. Práce se zabývá vrstvami, do kterých je web rozdělen a jeho původem. Dále také vysvětluje, jak k Dark Webu získat přístup za použití prohlížeče Tor, popisuje kryptoměnu Bitcoin a tržiště Silkroad. Na závěr práce uvádí obsah, který lze na Dark Webu nalézt, definuje pojem počítačová kriminalita a předpovídá budoucnost Dark Webu.
