Control system for assembly and test automatic machine for electronics of car seats
Dočkal, Tomáš ; Zemánek, Pavel (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
The thesis deals with definition of safety, traceability systems, creation of PLC programs for testing device control system and creation of Operator panel software. The thesis is divided into the machine specification and description, OP function description including function keys and the description of the control system with samples of the completed PLC program. The PLC program is written in STL and FBD language in STEP7. The conclusion describes functionality of the device.
The Optimal Accuracy of Measurement Assurance in Accordance with Metrological Confirmation
Frank, Petr ; Kocman, Karel (referee) ; Nenadál, Jaroslav (referee) ; Hruška, Karel (advisor)
This thesis deals with the evaluation of accuracy of measurement and achieving the required accuracy level. This includes global analysis of the uncertainty evaluation, the calibration interval design and the creation of confirmation system. Basis of this work is in identification of all possible problems, which may occur during evaluation of accuracy and achieving the required accuracy level. The analysis is followed by suggested solutions for identified problems. It means namely the selection of probability distribution in case of uncertainty type A, evaluation of degrees of freedom in case of uncertainty type B, nonlinear correlation of input values, evaluation of coverage factor, the choice of method for calibration interval design and the procedure for meeting all metrological confirmation requirements. The last part of the thesis is practical measurement and result evaluation in the field of surge protection devices. This chapter demonstrates conclusions from the syntactical part.
Traceability module for SCADA used in process industry
Byrtusová, Lucie ; Pásek, Jan (referee) ; Arm, Jakub (advisor)
The master thesis is focused on implementing a module for batch traceability into the existing SCADA system MagmaView. First, the theoretical part is dedicated to the research of ANSI/ISA-95 standard and traceability problematics in the process industry. First, the practical part analyses the design of the data model and model for user interaction. The next topic is the implementation of the mentioned models using several software tools such as the graphical environment of MagmaView, Groovy scripting, and communication with SQL database. Part of the implementation is also a testing project simulating a simple production process and the needs of the operator to work with the batches.
Components Fuel Return Lines (FRL) traceability
Ščerban, Bedřich ; Vichr, Petr (referee) ; Sliwková, Petra (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is devoted to a traceability concept proposal in the Bosch Diesel GmbH Jihlava production of fuel return lines (FRL). During the thesis the construction and manufacturing of FRL is described. An important chapter is the description of the current status of traceability. Based on the findings two strategies are defined. A decision matrix is created to compare both strategies. The conclusion summarizes the results.
Traceability of Optimized Generated Code
Gavenda, Daniel ; Rychlý, Marek (referee) ; Křivka, Zbyněk (advisor)
The goal is to create an application that analyzes the optimizations applied during the translation of an input model into the corresponding generated code. This analysis will be provided to developers in order to show sources of potential automated review failures. In this case, the analysis reports should serve as a guide to a model designer to transform the model to avoid problematic optimizations.
Calibration rutines of the standard Datron 4920
Schinneck, Jakub ; Bednář, Pavel (referee) ; Havlíková, Marie (advisor)
This master’s deals with the calibration routines of the alternating voltage measurement standard Datron 4920. The first part introduces the basic terminology of metrology, its history and organizations specializing in metrology. The thesis describes the alternating voltage at the highest metrological level through AC/DC difference. The theoretical part also describes the alternating voltage measurement standard Datron 4920 and its measurement functions together with the calibration routines. The main aim of thesis is to create the calibration procedures AVMS Datron 4920. Based on the created calibration procedures, a flowchart of application for calibration routines is designed. The practical part then continues with programming application for calibrating AVMS Datron 4920 based on the created flowchart. In conclusion, the application is tested at selected points of measurement and an analysis of measurement uncertainties is carried out.

Application of stable isotope techniques for verifying the geographical origin of endangered plants and animals subject to international trade
Kopecká, Ivana ; Jandová, Kateřina (advisor) ; Horká, Petra (referee)
Elements in nature can exist in several versions, which differ in the amount of neutrons in the nucleus. These modifications are called isotopes. Neutrons have a neutral charge, but do not have a zero weight, therefore isotopes of a single element are differ in weight. Thanks to the sensitive analytical methods, we can discern that the isotope in the sample is contained in what quantity (mass spectrometry is used, from which to retrieve the ratio of stable isotopes in a sample). This can be used in many fields, such as in geology, food ecology, or discovery of geographic origin. The aim of the thesis is in the published literature to determine the extent to which the method of analysis of stable isotopes usable to verify the geographical origin of endangered species of flora and fauna subject to international trade, especially turtles of the genus Testudo. Turtles of the genus Testudo are protected by CITES treaty, which limits, enables and disables trading in endangered species so as to avoid their extinction caused overexploitation for commercial purpose. However, there is still an illegal trade that the supervising authorities are trying to detect and combat. Key words: traceability, provenance determination, authentication, CITES treaty
