City apartment house Klíčova

New city apartment house is located in the center of Brno, incorporated into older apartment buildings on the Klíčova street and partly on the Zvěřinova Street, near the Křenová street, Olomoucká street a Tržní street. It is a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton, founded on piles, with five aboveground floors and one underground floor, finished by a flat roof. The house is separated by four entrances to units. Each of these units contains a specific type of flat and house is fully wheelchair accessible. In the house there is a underground parking, service areas and flats. Behind the house there is a recreational area for residents of the house. This house is interesting because of interior design and attractive location, especially thanks to the position in the city center, easy accessibility and pleasant surroundings near the river Svitava and a adjacent alley.

My Bachelor projekt solves new construction of Residential buildings on Klíčova street, Tržní and Hladíkova street in Brno. Objekts form the street near four/lane road. Along with office buildings create a block of houses that responds to surrounding development. New residential buildings are divided into four sections and each contains eight apartments that are connected with the underground garage. The green roof create [semi]private space for apartment buildings. Projekt puts emphasis on the symmetry of mass. This symmetry is repeated in all four sections of residential buildings. Together they creates a street line. The main motive of the North facade is a bridge that contains a vertical communication with glass section in the center. The South facade is shaped by  bow windows accented with white color. They create contrast to the gray color of the building. The horizontal shape of balconies ensures the mass integrity of all sections.

Exercise aquaculture production in the Czech Republic

This work evaluate dynamic properties of production of Czech market fish in the last decade of twenties century and the beginning of twentyonce century first together. Then separately by several fish species, by using of them (home trade and export, sale in vivo or processed) and evaluate causes of these changes. It uses resources mainly from the Czech Fish Union in České Budějovice, from customs statistics and Czech Ministry of Agriculture. Carp is the most breeded fish, in the market dominate the native fish. In term of consumption is trout the second most significant fish. Without carp are stocked also less amount of supplementary fish. Freshwater fish, by results, stabilize their own position on the Czech market. Also important is export into other European countries, where successfully compete especially by quality of carp meet.

Tato práce se zabývá oceněním nemovitého majetku, zejména pak administrativním způsobem ocenění podle vyhlášky č.540/2002 Sb. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou objasněny základní pojmy z oblasti oceňování, které jsou pak dále využity v praktické části, ve které je oceněn soubor nemovitostí administrativní metodou. Výsledná cena je porovnána s tržní cenou dosaženou při prodeji tohoto souboru nemovitostí.
