Secure Company System with a Corporate Social Responsibility Approach

The diploma thesis is focused on the emergence of danger at work. Related to this is the identification of risks and their management. It defines all emerging risks and their preventive measures. The main task of this activity is to minimize accidents in the workplace. Subsequently, the current level of occupational safety was assessed using a questionnaire obtained from the State Office of Labor Inspection. The work is divided into 4 categories. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis describes the key concepts that are necessary for the elaboration of a diploma thesis. Terms such as risk, threat, risk identification and risk assesment methods are explained. The conclusion of the theory includes BOZP, work-related injuries and a description of what the Safe Company certification means.The analytical part is an analysis of the current situation, BOZP assessment and risk management analysis of the main production process. The last practical part of the diploma thesis is focused on preventive measures in the main production process using FMEA analysis and proposing BOZP improvements.

Comparison of knowledge in the field of terrorism in primary and secondary school pupils

Title: Terrorism and cyberterrorism as threats for the present Objectives: Describe the principle, history and typology of terrorism. Approach and describe the problematics of cyberterrorism. Analyze and compare available terrorist attacks which happened from 11th September 2001 to 19th February 2020. Methods: The theoretical part was developed on the basis of study, analysis and research from Czech and foreign literature about problematics of terrorism and cyberterrorism. The practical pard included the collection of electronic and printed information about terrorists attacks which were further analysed and compared using five factors, which were: the year of terrorist attack, method of execution, country that tooked place of the attack, number of injured and number of victims. Results: The result of this diplama thesis is the description of the principle, history and typology of terrorism, description of problematics of cyberterrorism and analysis of terrorist attacks which happened from 11th September 2001 fo 19th February 2020. The Risks of e-commerce in a Company on the B2B Market

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of risks associated with e-commerce of a company operating in the B2B market. The introductory part is devoted to a search of marketing issues, where the basics of online marketing tools and services needed for the operation of the e-shop are theoretically substantiated. Thanks to the formulation of the problem, the objectives of the work are set, which include the analysis of risks and the proposal of measures to reduce the probability of these risks. Risk analysis is performed using the FMEA method, as this method can analyze in detail the individual points in groups of problems. The final discussion presents individual proposals for measures, for which the benefits for society are given, as well as a table of estimated costs for these measures.

An Interplay of Narratives: How Do the Czech Journalists Perceive Securitized Disinformation?

The aim of this thesis is to contribute to theoretically sound concept of Peace Journalism, which combines theoretical foundations from two spheres: conflict and peace studies and media studies. Influence of journalists as intervening force and explaining factor with regard to (violent) conflict is neglected. However, Peace Journalism is not theoretically strong and builds upon dualistic definition vis-á-vis so-called War Journalism. The concept of Peace Journalism has to overcome this delamination in order to reflect theoretical underpinnings of conflict transformation theory and conflict analysis. Moreover, Peace Journalism has to differentiate media according to an involvement of given societies in a conflict. This offers an opportunity to specifically and accurately analyse news coverage of conflicts. Case studies analysing Czech coverage of Cyprus and Nagorno-Karabakh conflicts illustrates this approach. The coverage is essentially flat, distorts a reality of the conflict, pays attention to visual and physical aspects of the conflict and closes the conflicts in arbitrary time boundaries.

After a detailed analysis of the company's current information system, the current state and theoretical threats for society are evaluated. Subsequently, proposals for changes to the system are described. The result of the work will be delivered to the management of the company for review and subsequent reflection on changes in the IS.

The proposal of ISMS implementation in the public administration

This diploma thesis focuses on the implementation of information security management system in the public administration based on ISO/IEC 27000 series of standards. The thesis contains theoretical background, introduction of the organization, risk analysis and a proposal of appropriate measures for minimization of these identified risks. In the end, an implementation plan is proposed including an economic evaluation.

The fight against terrorism at a national and international level

Terrorism is a modern and constantly developing problem which has been threatening and noticeably affecting the protected interests and built-up values of states. Terrorist groups strive to spread fear, violence, opinions, and ideas to reach their goals through attacks on the population. Today, even countries that have not faced this threat yet, are confronted with this problem. Modern trends and new technologies along with the migration crisis cause that we face this threat in our homes more than ever before. The upraise of The Islamic State can be considered as a phenomenon of today, which has infected practically whole world and gives a space to various individuals to commit terrorist attacks under the auspices of this organization, or just provides instructions on committing such acts for any reason and with different aims. It is necessary to respond adequately to this threat, and it is necessary not to remain only with regret after every terrorist attack. It is essential to monitor the latest trends in terrorist attacks same as fighting against them, which in consequence will help us to set up operational procedures how to deal with these kind of incidences. There is also a need for a strong political spectrum which understands that these measures will never be profitable or popular, however its necessary it keeps supporting them.
