The comparison of the legal regulation of the lease of an apartment and the legal regulation of the lease of a company apartment in the past and in the present Abstract The aim of the thesis is to compare the legal regulation of the lease of an apartment with the legal regulation of the lease of a company apartment in the past and in the present. This thesis deals with the legal regulation of the lease of the apartment, especially in the period of 1992-2020. The legal status of the lessee and the lessor has changed over the years, the content of this thesis is whether this was in favor of the lessee or the lessor. This thesis is divided into 10 chapters and it is focused mainly on the creation of the lease, the lease contract, the period of the lease, the rent, the replacement housing, and the termination of the lease. At the end of the selected chapters there is the comparison of how the legal regulation of the institute has changed. The first chapter of this thesis defines the basic terms according to the current legal regulation. The second chapter of the thesis is devoted to the history of the lease of the apartment and to the history of the lease of the company apartment. The Comparison of the voting systems and their effects in the elections to the Chambers of Deputies of the Parliaments of the First Czechoslovak Republic and the Czech Republic between 1989 and 1998

The thesis presents voting systems of the First Czechoslovak Republic and the Czech Republic between 1989 and 1998. It tries to show their characteristics and effects. It's very interesting to see what effect it may have, when we change only one of variables of the voting system. For example, the Election treshold, which was set to 5% for the election to the Czech National Council and can significantly change the composition of the Czech National Council. It is most visible in the comparison with the system of the First Republic, where no such restrictions exist. The thesis deals firstly with proportional voting system in the first part, because both analyzed systems were proportional. In the next section we can read something about the researched systems and their specific setting of variables. On these basis the systems are then compared. The most important part of this thesis is the chapter about the effects of the voting systems on a party system. The thesis is based on the theoretical framework by Giovanni Sartori and used to examine the indexes of proportionality and of fragmentation. The result of research is to understand what the systems are similar and different in and the effects on a party system and on the behavior of voters.

The intimate relations in ancient Greece and Rome and in the contemporary czech society

This bachelor's thesis deals with the Greek (mainly Athenian) and Roman institutions of marriage, prostitution and homosexuality in ancient times, which analyzes in depth in the first part. It shows standards which the ancient society recognizes in these relationships and shows the boundaries of normalcy. It discovers the conditions under which the institutions evolved and what had an impact on their development or shows why the institutions and their individual aspects are beginning to decline. The second part discusses the same institutions in contemporary Czech society, especially through sociological surveys from the years 2000- 2011. It shows what specific differences exist here and what opinions have the contemporary society on them. It justifies and explains how and why the differences occurred and what are their significances. The thesis outlines too, how could possible future developments of some aspects of the institutions look like.

The comparison in system of education of the subject accounting in the Czech Republic and in France

The content of this thesis is to find the difference between the system of secondary education of the subject accounting in the Czech Republic and in France. The main focus is on the first year of study of this subject. There is seperately described the system of teaching in business schools in the Czech Republic and on the other side the system of teaching in vocational schools in France. There are identified their differences, advantages and disadvantages using the comparison of both systems as well assuggested recommendations that could help to improve the established educational system.

Comparison of the Czech and the French Presidency of the EU: Preparation, Course, Results

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to compare the performance of the Czech and the French presidency, mainly to compare the preparation, organization, process and the results of two countries, with taking into account aspects that could have caused the difference in conception of this function by this two states. The thesis is divided into three parts, the first and the second are more interpretative and describe the European institutions affecting the performance of the Presidency and the Presidency of the Institute in general. The third part contains the actual comparison and analysis of both Presidencies with an explanation of affecting factors such as political system, history, size and geographic location of the countries. The work includes the résumé in French and French-Czech glossary.

The Comparison of Present Situation and Situation before November 1989

In its regular survey in September 2009, CVVM focused on the subject of comparison of present situation and the situation before November 1989. Respondents compared then and present situation in general as well as in some particular aspects of life, in this case from their personal experience. The information consists also a comparison of new data with previous results.
