This Thesis deals with the organization of realization of the residential building A1 Slavkov u Brna. Thesis solves mainly technological process of realization of the main object. The thesis aims to develop a time schedule of execution, usage of mechanisms timetable, material resources, technological regulations, inspection and test plans. The annex also solved graphically construction site facility set up and its modifications during execution depending on different type of works. This Thesis is based on realization project provided by the realization company and with consent of project designer.

Masters thesis is engaged of chosen parts of technological-buildig project of administrativ and housing complex of Sochorova in Brno, Žabovřesky. Contains technological-buildig study of first phase with brief description of advancement of construction with grafical scripts of particular steps, timetable and pecuniarytable of objects AB3, AB4, diagrams with various possibilities of using operatives. Thesis continous with calculation of entire first phase and item budged of object AB3(draft construction), statement of masurement, technical report of construction-technological AB3, plan of situaction of the building, technological manual of reiforced concrete ceiling of AB3 including plan of planking parts PERI, timetable, design of construction site equipment with technical report, proposal of machineries and crane, plane of inspections for chosen items, ecology and report about safety and health protecting on construction site.

This thesis deals with first two buildings with four flours and a basement. Coordination site plan, time and financial schedule including machinery setting, a study of main technological phases, construction site facility project, main technological machinery design, technological standard and time schedule, technological regulation for basement monolithic constructions, inspection and trial schedule with drawing of facing to it are regarded as parts of construction technological project.

1. Reconstruction of the vocational school Dubňany. Construction Technology Preparation

The subject of this technological preparation of construction is to find out scope of work needed for reconstruction of former miners school in Dubňany.In Czech Republic exits plenty of these abandoned places and this master thesis should serve as an example of reconstruction of some theirs parts.Within this project I would like to valorize the experience gained from excursion to foreign countries, where the passive and low-energetic buildings are common.Missing project documentation of some part of this facility was replaced by 3D modelling based on my own laser measurement.The main object SO 01 has been already rebuilt into passive apartment building but without building-technological study and proper project documentation.Due to missing foundations and confidential internal documentation of the construction company is impossible to compare the real material, human and financial resources with those mentioned within this thesis. The master thesis contains technical report for the building-technological project, coordination of the transport routes, chronological and financial plan, realisation of the main technological steps, equipment of the construction project , draft of machinery, time schedule of the main project, plan of getting the needful resources, technological regulations, control and probationary plans, disposal of asbestos reports, owning contract, two roof decks comparison from the point of view of thermal technology and specialization from the building field.

This thesis addresses the Design centrum HANÁK NÁBYTEK a.s., Popůvky u Kojetína - This is a new object had the basement and a second floor. The thesis includes - Technical report on the construction technology of the project , which are described in each chapter building equipment, coordination of building relationships with the wider transport routes , the study of the main technological stages, the design of the main building machines and mechanisms. There is a solution on time and financial plan object , the schedule object SO03 - Rapid technological and construction timetable and plan for securing material resources SO03 object . This thesis addresses the technological specification for excavation work with the control and test plan then is solved problems of chemical anchoring pillars object SO203 , which are included tensile tests on chemical anchors.
