Předmětem stavebně technologické přípravy stavby bylo zjistit a naplánovat možnosti a rozsah prací potřebných k rekonstrukci areálu bývalého hornického učiliště v Dubňanech. V České republice se nachází velké množství takto opuštěných areálů a tato diplomová práce by mohla sloužit jako ukázka možné budoucí proměny alespoň části z nich. Projekt jsem chtěl navázat na zkušenosti ze zahraničních exkurzí, kde již mají stavby v nízkoenergetickém a pasivním standardu své stálé místo. Chybějící projektovou dokumentaci části stavebních objektů jsem se snažil nahradit 3D modelováním prostoru areálu na základě mých vlastních měření s ručním laserem a provedených zkoušek na místě. Hlavní stavební objekt SO 01 již byl přebudován na bytový dům v pasivním standardu, avšak bez vypracování stavebně technologické studie a řádného vyřešení projektové dokumentace. Vzhledem ke chybějícím podkladům a chráněné interní dokumentaci prováděcí firmy, bohužel nemohu provést přímé srovnání šetření materiálových, lidských a finančních zdrojů pomocí této diplomové práce. Diplomová práce obsahuje technickou zprávu ke stavebně technologickému projektu, koordinační situaci stavby se širšími vztahy dopravních tras, časový a finanční plán, studii realizace hlavních technologických etap, projekt zařízení staveniště, návrh hlavích strojů a mechanismů, časový plán hlavního objektu, plán zajištění materiálových zdrojů, technologické předpisy, kontrolní a zkušební plány, zprávu o likvidaci azbestu, smlouvu o dílo, porovnání dvou konstrukcí střešního pláště z hlediska tepelné techniky budov a specializaci z oblasti pozemních staveb. The subject of this technological preparation of construction is to find out scope of work needed for reconstruction of former miners school in Dubňany.In Czech Republic exits plenty of these abandoned places and this master thesis should serve as an example of reconstruction of some theirs parts.Within this project I would like to valorize the experience gained from excursion to foreign countries, where the passive and low-energetic buildings are common.Missing project documentation of some part of this facility was replaced by 3D modelling based on my own laser measurement.The main object SO 01 has been already rebuilt into passive apartment building but without building-technological study and proper project documentation.Due to missing foundations and confidential internal documentation of the construction company is impossible to compare the real material, human and financial resources with those mentioned within this thesis. The master thesis contains technical report for the building-technological project, coordination of the transport routes, chronological and financial plan, realisation of the main technological steps, equipment of the construction project , draft of machinery, time schedule of the main project, plan of getting the needful resources, technological regulations, control and probationary plans, disposal of asbestos reports, owning contract, two roof decks comparison from the point of view of thermal technology and specialization from the building field.
