Technological Solution of the Rough Superstructure of the Municipal House U Muchů

The main goal of my bachelor's thesis is the construction-technological solution of the rough superstructure of the Municipal House U Muchů, which is located in the village of Dolní Město near the larger town of Humpolec in Vysočina. This work contains a technical report for the given technological stage, the situation of the construction with wider relations of transport routes, a statement of dimensions for the technological stage, a technological regulation including a balance of resources (item budget together with a graph of the deployment of workers). Furthermore, the content of this work is a drawing of the construction site equipment together with a technical report and construction organization solution for the rough superstructure, a timetable for the given stage, a design of the machine assembly including a comparison of two variants and the selection of the most suitable machine, control and test plans and ensuring work safety. In the last point of this work, I am dedicated to verifying the adhesion and load-bearing capacity of the connecting material, more specifically, it is a polyurethane adhesive for masonry.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the technological process of roofing the ice surface at the winter stadium building in Vyškov. It is a system arch construction. The work contains a technical report focusing on the given stage, budget, technological regulation, construction site equipment, machine design, time schedule and other technical documentation according to the assignment.

Villa Park Olomouc, technological stage of the substructure

The bachelor's thesis is processed on the basis of the project documentation provided, which addresses the construction of nine apartment buildings connected by an underground garage. The building is located in the new residential development VilaPark Tabulový Vrch, which represents a set of three-storey villas. The houses are based on pilots carried out by continuous spiral worm - CFA technology. The pilots are joined by a subterranean concrete structure made of water-based concrete, and above ground they form a monolithic structure combined with masonry. The roof is designed as a flat, non-errand. The cladding of the buildings is done by the contact cladding system ETICS. The work addresses the technological stage of the lower construction. A technical report is prepared, the construction situation with wider links of transport routes, technological regulations for earthworks and piloting by cfa method, the design of a machine assembly for the whole lower structure, control and test plans for earthworks and piloting and safety of work. The work also includes an acreage statement, an appropriations budget, a time plan for the construction and the organization of the construction for the lower construction with the construction site equipment and balance of resources.

Multifunctional House, Prague street Orebická, technological phase finishing

The bachelor thesis deals with final works of multifunctional house. The building located in the Prague on the Orebická Street, is completely new building of 20 flats and underground parking and ground floor store. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the budget for the technological phase and timeframe. Also discussed are technological regulations concerning plastering, flooring and tiling. The author recommends construction machines, building site planning, storage of materials and safety at work including minimalising the impact on the environment.

Demonstration Motosalon - technological phase coarse upper construction

The subject of my bachelor thesis is creation of carcass superstructure on Motosalon showroom in Ostrava, and time-economical comparison of monolithic and prefabricated construction technology. This thesis deals with the technological regulations for concrete monolithic construction and installation of prefabricated elements. It also contains a technical report, technical report of a building site, a draft of mechanical reports, construction timetables, itemized budgets, plan of inspections and examinations, environmental plan of the building, work safety, precast export plan, the solution of transport routes, the situation and site equipment for both technologies.

The master’s thesis discusses the technological project for the reconstruction of school Chaloupky o.p.s in the countryside near Třebíče. Basic data about the building of the project are included in the technical report. The thesis deals in detail with the technological regulations Hurdis ceilings and reconstruction of arches. For these selected topics are made other documents which are needed for realization - building equipment, plan of health and safety, kontrol and test plans, draft of mechanization. The project also includes the time and financial plans and budgets for the main building. The project is supllied with selected structural details.
