Stress, deformation and safety analysis of the tandem trike frame
Tatalák, Adam ; Gayer, Tomáš (referee) ; Vrbka, Jan (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis contains stress, deformation and safety analysis of the tandem trike frame of company AZUB. In the theoretical introduction is short introduction with alternative cycling. The beam assumptions are analysed and computational model of the frame is made. The entire calculation is focused on three typical load states – standstill (uniform rectilinear motion), deceleration and turn transit. The progress of inner stress resultants , tension and safety in critical point of construction are calculated. Deformation of the frame is solved for standstill, which is expressed by the shift center of gravity of the rider. For analytic calculation was used MATLAB software. Model of the trike is created in Autodesk Inventor.
Canicross - running with dog
Machalcová, Kateřina ; Bačáková, Radka (advisor) ; Krupková, Dominika (referee)
Title: Canicross - running with dog Objectives: The aim of the bachelor thesis is explaining the concept of canicross and its related pulling disciplines. At the same time, the work is focused on basic terms from this area to bring this current and modern sport closer to the wider public and to help them better orient themselves in this sports industry. Methods: The method of the work is primarily a literary search including a search for suitable sources from Czech and foreign literature, professional articles, relevant electronic sources and accompanying materials on the given topic and areas closely related to it. The method based on theoretical foundations is combined with the practical application of knowledge in canicross training. The thesis is written based on literary and practical research. Results: The text contains all basic information about the sport activity with a dog, canicross, its origin and history. The work also includes a description of the rules of the associated disciplines of running with the dog and including the children's category. The work describes in detail how to proceed with the first training sessions for a puppy and an adult dog, considering its maturity or breed suitability. Finally, the text covers the care of a dog and a runner. The summary theoretical basis of...
Czech-German Cooperation on the concrete example of the Czech-German Youth Exchange Coordination Centre Tandem
ŠVÉDOVÁ, Hana
This bachelor thesis analyses the work of Tandem, a Czech-German Youth Exchange Coordination Centre. Tandem functions as a coordination centre of youth-political cooperation between both countries. The term the international youth work is explained in the theoretical part and operates as a hyperonym to youth-political cooperation. Although the treaties for youth exchanges programmes must be ratified on highest political level, it is the juvenile who is in the centre of attention. Therefore, the bachelor thesis goes into the problematic issues which could occur due to intercultural differences among the juveniles during the exchange programmes and it also highlights the advantages of participation on the youth exchange programmes. It includes a brief outline of the development of the youth-political cooperation between both neighbouring countries after 1989. The practical part inquires into the organization Tandem, its foundation and the inner organizational structure which ensures the successful coordination of the exchange programmes. Attention was also paid to the areas of cooperation and concrete projects that were realized by Tandem. Furthermore, the bachelor thesis looks into the financing of this organization. Finally, this bachelor thesis concludes with the prospects of this organisation for the future that were discussed directly with both chiefs of Coordination Centre Tandem.
The development of Czech-German cooperation in pre-schools: the road to its origins, the current situation and possible future
Horová, Lucie ; Handl, Vladimír (advisor) ; Šmidrkal, Václav (referee)
The proposed thesis 'The development of Czech-German cooperation in pre-schools: the road to its origins, the current situation and possible future' focuses primarily on the preschool education and its connection with the Czech-German cooperation. Initially, the goal is to briefly present the common Czech-German history and the key events that resulted in the cooperation between both countries. After a brief sidestep into history author introduces preschool education in Europe to achieve a better understanding of the context of this thesis. Education, especially the preschool one, is gaining importance and is currently a debated topic on multinational levels. This chapter should explain the importance of pre-school education for the mutual Czech-German cooperation. Within this chapter author will also introduce and compare the educational systems of both participating countries. The last and most extensive chapter introduces the activities of the Czech-German Youth Exchange Coordination Centre Tandem in detail and the insight into its activities form the main goal of this thesis.

Charles University in Prague Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Analytical Chemistry Candidate: Ivo Vrobel Supervisors: Prof. RNDr. Petr Solich, CSc; Department of Analytical Chemistry, Faculty of Pharmacy, Charles University in Prague Prof. Seppo Auriola, MSc.(Chem.) Marko Lehtonen; Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, School of Pharmacy, University of Eastern Finland in Kuopio Title of master's thesis: LC-MS/MS analysis of acetylcholine in brain microdialysis samples Novel fast and simple LC-MS/MS method of ACh quantification in brain microdialysis samples utilizing stable-isotope-labeled IS was developed. The chromatographic step is based on revered-phase mode of pentafluorophenylpropyl (PFPP) column. The satisfactory retention of ACh is achieved with highly aqueous mobile phase containing 0.05% of the ion-pairing agent TFA and 4% of ACN in 4 min analytical run. Ionization of ACh and IS with low background noise and tolerant towards use of TFA was performed with atmospheric pressure thermospray ionization (APTSI). The selectivity of ACh and IS detection was obtained by SRM modes of MS/MS in the linear ion trap mass analyzer. The performance of developed method was cross validated to the validated method used in the laboratory for ACh measurements. The set of microdialysis...

The final Bachelor´s dissertation work deals with possibilities of international cooperation at nursery schools by means of international educational programmes and exemplifies factual cases. It is based on the present educational qualification for both children and teachers and necessity of more effective and more attractive learning and playing which can create good knowledge essentials for life, study and work in Europe Union. Dissertation includes interview which surveys the present knowledge, attitudes and experience of teachers in this field. It brings instructions for schools or individual teachers who would like to widen and enrich their activities abroad. It emphasizes possibilities of using modern infomation technologies for language-teaching and for exploring culture and traditions in other countries.
