Product Data Visualization in PNC Build System
Analysis and Aggregation of Czech Parliament Data
Talašová, Irena ; Burget, Radek (referee) ; Očenášek, Pavel (advisor)
The aim of this work is to create a variety of statistics and reports on the functioning of Parliament of Czech Republic. Data for these statistics are gathered from the pages of the Czech Parliament and stored in to a database. Results are presented mainly in the form of tables, graphs and other methods on a publicly accessible Web site. Results should be as clear as possible, comprehensible and provide interesting and unusual information.
Creation of the thematic map in Kokeš
Blaško, Erik ; Matějík, Miroslav (referee) ; Ježek, Jiří (advisor)
In geodesy, we often meet the problem with problematic interpretation or transfering measured data from the terrain to the correct form, where all of the collected informations should be clear and understandable and they also should be in the appropriate form with some level of expertise, simpleness and completness. Customer then could have a high-quality product which may be used for his own goals. This bachelor's thesis is divided systematically and it will meet step-by-step each phase of thematical map creation and with topics like locality selection, preparations, field exploration, building of new point field, measure in terrain, processing data and creation of thematical map in given geodetic software.
Design of a Football Association Web Portal
Vařacha, Jan ; Vyskočil,, Marek (referee) ; Luhan, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis aims to design a suitable website for the District Football Association. Website should serve not only players, club officials, association officials and referees, but also to the general public. The web portal will be used for the publication of results and statistics of the matches organized by the District Football Association, competitions fixtures, records of Association’s expert committees, information for clubs and football fans, delegation of referees etc.
Statistical modul for working database TIVOLE
Ježek, Jan ; Wiera, Ryszard (referee) ; MBA, Jan Beran, (advisor)
Presented thesis thesis is written for IBM Company, specifically IBM IDC Czech Republic, s.r.o. branch. The thesis describes development of statistic module for work database TIVOLE utilizing Lotus Notes program. The basic aim of the thesis is to ease creation of reports and graphical data outputs in relation to speed of operator´s work while narrowing down the required time of human resources for solving problems.
Design of methodology for determining roughness coefficient of open channels
Smelík, Lukáš ; Havlík,, Aleš (referee) ; Šoltész,, Andrej (referee) ; Uhmannová, Hana (advisor)
Determination of immeasurable parameter, the Manning’s roughness coefficient, is a complex problem of open channel hydraulics for more than 200 years. Now it doesn’t exists a method for determining an exact value of 1D roughness coefficient for computation water levels in watercourses. Doctoral thesis is focused for comparing different approaches to determine a roughness coefficient, especially for empirical equations. It were sought empirical equations, which are suitable for wide spectrum of water stages, types of bed material, channel shapes and channel dimensions. Selected equations were sorted on the base of two methods by the best values of medians and standard deviations of measured and computed values of roughness coefficients. Furthermore, it were compared qualities of roughness coefficient determination by tables, by photographic catalogs, CES software and by Cowan’s method, which has been extended and recalibrated. The computed values of roughness coefficients by those four methods were compared with values from own measurements in 27 locations in watercourses near of Brno and Frýdek-Místek. Also it were compared the grain size curves determined by sieving, by Wolman’s method and by Subjective estimation. Doctoral thesis is marginally focused for beginning of sediment movement, roughness coefficient of bedforms (dunes), grass and trees.
Module for Management of Settings of NLPIS System
Linhart, Lukáš ; Otrusina, Lubomír (referee) ; Dytrych, Jaroslav (advisor)
This master's thesis is focused to create a module for management of settings of NLPIS system. The module will serve to make using of the NPLIS system easier, focusing especially on the session management improvements. The topic contains introduction of the issue, description of the NLPIS system and its technologies, as well as various solution drafts and final implementations including testing are covered in the thesis. The main focus is on improving user experience by simplifying the interface and hence making their work more effective.
Automatic Delivery Note Transcription
Necpál, Dávid ; Kišš, Martin (referee) ; Hradiš, Michal (advisor)
This bachelor thesis aims to create a system for automatic transcription of delivery notes - documents with a fixed structure. The solution is divided into two parts. The first part is table lines detection and subsequent detection and extraction of cells, that contain required data. The second part is handwritten numeric characters recognition in the images of the cutted cells. The resulting system can detect cells with the required data with 100 % accuracy with well-scanned delivery notes, while the success rate of numerical character recognition is more than 95 % for individual characters and more than 92 % for entire character sequences. The benefit of this work is a system for automatic transcription of delivery notes, which provides faster and easier otherwise lengthy rewriting of the contents of delivery notes to the information system in the retail. By using this system, the employee saves more than 50 % of the time on each delivery note.
