The Masters thesis deals with the analysis in a selected company, which is focused on trade, transport, warehousing and logistics services. Based on the theoretical part, which explains the concepts from logistics to warehousing, the analytical part is prepared for the current state of operational warehousing processes of the company. The last proposal part also describes the proposals for a new commercial and warehouse operation, for which the company has decided.
Brake systems for heavy commercial vehicles
Andrle, David ; Hejtmánek, Petr (referee) ; Fojtášek, Jan (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is to create a comprehensive overview of freight vehicle brake systems. The thesis is divided into six major parts. The first part deals with a brief history of the development of brakes. The second part focuses on the basic division of brake systems according to their use and energy source. The following part describes the indirect brake system. The fourth part deals with the individual types of retarder braking systems. The fifth part deals with the electric brake system and its subsystems. The last part focuses on the possible trends in the development of brake systems.
Online monitoring of machining process
Štěpánek, Martin ; Kolář, Ladislav (referee) ; Fiala, Zdeněk (advisor)
This bachelor thesis describes selected methods of online monitoring of machining process. The thesis analyses functioning of individual methods and their advantages and disadvantages. In connection with described methods of online monitoring of machining process, the bachelor thesis provides an overview of systems available on the market in the Czech Republic.
Computer tasks for subject Signals and Systems
Šimčík, Patrik ; Jirgl, Miroslav (referee) ; Jura, Pavel (advisor)
The content of this work is the design and implementation of tasks using MATLAB programming. These tasks are designed to describe and help the student understand some topics in the field of continuous and discrete signals and systems, which are presented in the subject of Signals and Systems at the Faculty of electrical engineering and communication technologies. From the theme of continuous signals are in this work outlined these problematic areas: analysis of periodic and aperiodic functions, continuous systems and from the theme of discrete signals are selected areas: analysis of discrete signals and discrete systems of first and second order. In the practical part the realization itself is described using a graphical user interface (GUI).
Management of a selected professional basketball club in the Czech Republic
Koubová, Karolína ; Voráček, Josef (advisor) ; Čáslavová, Eva (referee)
Title: Management of a selected professional basketball club in the Czech Republic Objectives: The main objective of the bachelor thesis is to analyze internally a selected professional basketball club and to reveal the key points that have an impact on the club's management. Then, to elaborate on this to make recommendations for the club to effectively improve its leadership. Methods: The research included an analysis of the internal environment according to the McKinsey 7S framework. Secondary and primary data were used to compile the analysis. Primary data were obtained from semi-structured interviews. Based on this information, recommendations were made on what the club should improve for its future operations. Results: Based on the analysis conducted, it was found that the club has a well-set structure and shared values. From the interviews conducted, it was found that all employees in the club are familiar with the same values in the club and that everyone knows what position they hold and who they report to. The lack of technology used in communication and very low development of employees' job skills were identified as a problem. The club does not provide any form of self-development for its employees. Keywords: McKinsey 7S framework, strategy, shared values, structure, management style,...

Využití dronů v konkrétních podmínkách zemědělského podniku
KOHOUT, Jan
The thesis deals with the use and utilization of drones, especially in agricultural conditions, where the drones are used more and more frequently in recent years, especially in combination with precision farming, thanks to the great number of advantages that this technology currently brings, not only to agricultural sector. In the thesis there are types of drones that are used for precision agriculture. In addition, there are described the functions of drones used and their distribution according to their deployment on the farm. Finally, questions will be answered about the amount of investment in this technology and the assessment of the effectiveness of the systems.
Integrated method utilizing graph theory and fuzzy logic for safety and reliability assessment of airborne systems
Janhuba, Luboš ; Hlinka, Jiří ; Koštial, Rostislav
This paper presents integrated algorithm for airborne system safety and reliability assessment. In general aviation (mostly up to EASA CS-23) and non-military unmanned aerial vehicles industry, safety and reliability assessment process still relays almost exclusively on human judgment. Recommended practices define processes for system modelling and safety assessing are based on analyst understanding of a particular system. That is difficult and time-consuming process. Commercial computation aids are extremely expensive with restricted (or closed) access to the solution algorithms. Together with this problem, rapid development of modern airborne systems, their increasing complexity, elevates level of interconnection. Therefore, safety and reliability analyses have to continuously evolve and adapt to the extending complexity. Growing expansion brings in the field of unnamed aerial vehicles systems which consist of items without relevant reliability testing. Presented algorithm utilizes graph theory and fuzzy logic in order to develop integrated computerized mean for reliability analysis of sophisticated, highly interconnected airborne systems. Through the usage of graph theory, it is possible to create model of particular systems and its sub-systems in the form of universal data structure. Algorithm is conceived as fuzzy expert system, that emulates decision making of a human expert. That brings opportunity to partially quantify system attributes and criticality. Criticality evaluation increases level of assessment correlation with real state of system and its attributes.
