The subject of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate project documentation for a residential building. It is located in Nový Bor. Construction site has a relatively flat profile. It has four above ground floors and one underground floor. Roof is flat green roof with a slope of 2,62 %. The whole construction is from reinforced concreate and mansonry with main use on construction materials from the company YTONG. The insulation materials are all from the company ISOVER. The drawing documentation necessary for the realization of this residential building was elaborated in Allplan computer program. Part of the work is fire, acoustic and thermal-technical solution.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the design and elaboration of project documentation for the new construction of the Rezidence apartment building. The proposed building is located in Brno, in the Slatina district, and is located on land that is protected by an agricultural land fund, so it will be necessary to remove it from the ZPF. This plot is not located in a flooded or mined area. It is a detached building, which has four floors above ground and one underground floor. In the new building there are 12 residential units of 3 + kk and 1 + kk. In the basement there is a cellar for each apartment. In the first half there is a bike shed / carriage house, a cleaning room and a workshop with a warehouse, in the second half there are two technical rooms and a warehouse. On the first floor there is an entrance to the building, a laundry room with a drying room, a gym for the inhabitants of the house and two 1 + kk apartment units. On the second and third floor 4 units of size 1 + kk and on the top floor 2 residential units of size 3 + kk. From the second floor, each apartment has a balcony. These apartments are designed primarily for students, couples, or even a starting family. Each floor is connected by a three-armed reinforced concrete staircase, which is complemented by an elevator. The house is based on reinforced concrete foundation strips in combination with lost formwork. The vertical load-bearing structures in the basement are made up of lost formwork, the load-bearing structures above the ground are made of ceramic blocks, which are insulated with a ventilated façade and equipped with a Bond SK1 façade sandwich cassette. The horizontal load-bearing structures form a semi-assembled Porotherm system. The whole building is covered by a single-skin vegetation-retention flat roof. The new apartment building is designed to be very economical.

The subject of bachelor’s thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a new construction of an apartment building in Havlíčkův Brod. The apartment building is designed as a three-storey building with a basement. There are 9 apartments on the upper floors. One od them is a barrier-free. In the basement there is a common house equipment aned collective garage. The apartments on the first floor have their own terrace and the apartments on the second and third floors have their own balcony. The vertical construcion system in the upper floors is brick. The basement is made of hydraulic concrete. The horizontal load-bearing structures are made of reinforced concrete ceiling slabs. The roofingv is designes as a single-skin flat green roof. The bachelor’s thesis contains project documentatin for the construction.
Apartment house Proluka in Olomouc

The task of the bachelor thesis was to process the documentation for the new apartment building with almost zero energy consumption. The apartment building is located in Olomouc, in a terraced development, in the gap site. The building is oriented to the northeast and southwest. The apartment building is designed as a basement with four floors. In the basement, there are three separate garages, storage rooms, and rooms for the technical operation of the building. A total of eight residential units are designed on the upper floors. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace. Barrier-free vertical transport is provided by an elevator located in the mirror of the staircase. The building is based on a reinforced concrete foundation slab. The vertical structures are made of sand-lime masonry. Horizontal load-bearing structures are reinforced concrete monolithic. The roof of the building is the gable. The apartment house is insulated with mineral wool insulation.

This bachelor thesis deals with design of a four-storey partly basement apartment house. The building is located in the city of Krnov in the cadastral area of Krnov – Horní předměstí. The buidling is designed as a monofunctional and will be used for permanent housing. Except for the fourth floor, there are always three residential units on the floor with access to the loggia. On the fourth floor there are two residential units. In the basement of the building there are cellars for every unit, spaces for technical equipment of the building. The object is a regular rectangular shape with a cutout. The horizontal and vertical construction structures is made of the Porotherm system. The roofing of the building is solved by means of a single-skin flat roof. The bachelor thesis is prepared in the form of project documentation for building implementation.
Municipal Office Building in Předboj

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of the construction of a multifunc-tional building of the municipal building in Předboj and the elaboration of the construction documentation. The proposed building is located near the existing village center. The building is designed on undeveloped land, which forms an im-aginary boundary between the existing buildings from the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century and the new buildings from the beginning of the 21st century. The architectural character suitably combines the character of the original development with gabled roofs with modern elements characterizing the new development. The building is divided into two wings. The east wing is one-storey and houses the premises of the municipal office. The west wing is mul-ti-storey. In the basement there are the technical facilities of the municipal office, on the first floor there are the library and the ceremonial hall. The attic is intended for the detached workplace of the basic art school.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the processing of documents and project documentation in the scope of PCB for an apartment building with a cafe with almost zero energy consumption. The apartment building will be located in the town of Slavkov u Brna, in the Zelnice II district. The project will address the layout of the apartment building, individual apartments and storage space for these apartments. Furthermore, the design of the foundation structure and ceiling structure of individual floors and the calculation of the staircase of individual floors will be processed. The design will also include a flat roof solution, structural composition and fire safety solutions.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design and elaboration of the project documentation for construction for the apartment building. The proposed apartment building is located in Slavonín, a city district in Olomouc. The apartment building is designed as a detached building with three above-ground and one underground floor. Part of the land where the apartment building is designed is flat. There are a total of 8 residential units in the apartment building, while the apartments on the 1st floor have a large terrace with a separate garden, the apartments on the 2nd floor have a spacious balcony. On the 3rd floor there are only two residential units, one apartment has a large terrace, the other has a balcony. Each apartment has its own cellar cubicle in the basement. There are also a technical and cleaning room, a bycicle and pram storage room and a meeting room. An elevator connecting all floors is designed in the building. The apartment building is based on concrete foundation strips, the vertical load-bearing structures in the basement are formed by permanent formwork. The load-bearing structures above the terrain are realized by brick blocks, which are insulated with the external thermal insulation composite system ETICS. Horizontal load-bearing structures are designed as reinforced concrete slabs. The whole building is covered with a warm flat roof with extensive vegetation. There are also other warm flat roofs in the building, one covering the entrance of the apartment building and the other forming a terrace. The whole building is designed as a building with almost zero energy consumption.

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a newly-built apartment building in Opava. The apartment building is designed as a four-storey building with a basement. In the above-ground floors are located common house equipment and 14 flats. In the under-ground floor is located collective garage. Flats in the first floor have own terrace and flats in second up to fourth floor have balconies. The vertical construction system in the above-ground floors is masonry. Basement is projected as column system out of impermeable concrete. Horizontal bearing construction are made of reinforced concrete ceiling slabs. The roofing is desing as a one-layer flat green roof. The thesis solves the project of a kindergarten in the field of inclination 7%. The kindergarten is located on the plots number 570, st. 373, st. 374 in the village Vrané nad Vltavou. The building has two floors and one basement. The kindergarten is for 60 children and for 11 employees. The building serves as a preschool institution for raising children. The supporting structure consists of a precast concrete frame supplemented in the basement by a cast-in-place wall and a foundation slap. External walls and partitions form sand-lime bricks Sendwich. The external walls are completed with Orsilt TF Profi mineral insulation th. 280 mm. The floors are made of prestressed concrete floor slabs Spiroll PPD 256 th. 250 mm supported by T and L primary beams. The building ends with a could extensive green roof. The slope and space for the blow-in insulation Climatizer Plus uses Steico Joist 400 I-beams. Windows are wooden frame Optiwin Purista and doors are Optiwin Entrada.
