Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro novostavbu bytového domu v Opavě. Objekt bytového domu je navržen jako čtyřpodlažní podsklepený objekt. V nadzemních podlažích se nachází společné domovní vybavení a 14 bytů. V podzemním podlaží se nachází hromadná garáž. Byty v prvním podlaží mají vlastní terasu a byty v druhém až čtvrtém podlaží mají balkón. Svislý konstrukční systém v nadzemních podlažích je zděný. Suterén je řešen jako skeletový systém z vodostavebního betonu. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce tvoří železobetonové stropní desky. Zastřešení je řešeno jako jednoplášťová plochá zelená střecha. Bakalářská práce obsahuje projektovou dokumentaci pro provádění stavby. The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a newly-built apartment building in Opava. The apartment building is designed as a four-storey building with a basement. In the above-ground floors are located common house equipment and 14 flats. In the under-ground floor is located collective garage. Flats in the first floor have own terrace and flats in second up to fourth floor have balconies. The vertical construction system in the above-ground floors is masonry. Basement is projected as column system out of impermeable concrete. Horizontal bearing construction are made of reinforced concrete ceiling slabs. The roofing is desing as a one-layer flat green roof. Bachelor’s thesis includes project documentation for the construction.
