Design of bending tool for V-bending sheet
Zedníček, Zbyněk ; Štroner, Marek (referee) ; Dvořák, Milan (advisor)
The object of the bachelor work is the design of the bending tool for V-bedning. The sheet segment of the shovel of the conveyor belt is assigned. The introductory part deals with the problems of preparation of the semi-finished product and the analysis of possibilities of bending technology. Then the suitable technology is chosen. In the next part there are introduced technological aspects of the design of the piece of the sheet component and there are made computatious for the design of bending and the preparation of the semi-finished product, minimum and maximum bending radius, suspension, bending power and work, computation of the straightened length of the component and the total consumption of the material. The design of the tool for bending of the segment is made on the basis of technological computations. Economical assessment of the production is made, material costs for the tool bending are introduced and the selling price of the shovel of the conveyor belt is determinated. The whole course of the design is summarized in the conclusion.
Design of the Group E2 Vehicle for the Hill Climb
Malchárek, Martin ; Hejtmánek, Petr (referee) ; Blaťák, Ondřej (advisor)
This diploma thesis describes the design of the E2 hill climb car and it is design by following the FIA rules. Next parts are focused on detailed design of the front and rear suspension and design of the frame. Diploma thesis is processed using CAD system Autodesk Inventor 2011, in which was created all sketches and models. The suspension geometry during bound and rebound movement of the wheel was made in MBS system MSC Adams 2010. FEM analysis of the frame was made in ANSYS Workbench 12.1.
Kinematics analysis of race car suspension
Jurka, Adam ; Blaťák, Ondřej (referee) ; Hejtmánek, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is aimed on kinematic analysis of the race car suspension. In the first part of the thesis geometry parameters of suspension and their influence on driving behavior are explained. Additionally measuring methods of suspension geometry and their use in real life applications are described. Then kinematic points of the race car Peugeot 208 R2 are found and measured using 3D optical method. For better evaluation of measured data virtual model of each axle is created in Adams Car simulation software. After that kinematic analysis is performed. This analysis describes change of parameters in car suspension depending on wheel trajectory. As a conclusion results of the analysis are discussed. Moreover new methodology for better and more precise evaluation of car suspension analysis is introduced and described.
Simulation modeling of a vibration absorber
Kukačka, Radek ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Březina, Lukáš (advisor)
The bachelor thesis gives an overview of different design solutions to car shock absorbers. The rest of the thesis describes a simplified model of passive shock absorber and its optimization. The survey contains shock absorbers used in the present. There are various passive telescopic dampers and modern semi active and active electronically controlled damping systems. The second part includes several simplified models of passive dampers. There is described an optimization of the damper parameters with respect to the displacement of the primary mass for each of the models.
Active systems of car chassis
Pilčík, Adam ; Drápal, Lubomír (referee) ; Drápal, Lubomír (referee) ; Zháňal, Lubor (advisor)
This work elaboration basic survey and historical development active systems pf car chassis. Focus on modern conception and try valorize positive and negative single solving. Focus on modern conception and try valorize print and negative single solving.
Design of Formula Student Front Axle Adjustable Stabilizer
Ševčík, Jan ; Hejtmánek, Petr (referee) ; Porteš, Petr (advisor)
Diploma thesis focuses to design anti roll-bar for Formula Student car Dragon II build in FME. This work follows the proposal anti roll-bar car Dragon I of Jan Krasula. Task of this work is analyses last design, introduce more effective method treatment, create own design with parameters which will be better then last design. An integral part design is prepare manufacture documentation which will be base for manufacture of this komponent
The conception of landing gear
Greň, Martin ; Juračka, Jaroslav (referee) ; Píštěk, Antonín (advisor)
This thesis of research type conserns of landing gear conceptions. The analysis will be perfomed as a general summary of particural conceptions of landing gear, their positives, negatives and usage.
Sport cars BMW - from history to present
Raffai, Peter ; Svída, David (referee) ; Dundálek, Radim (advisor)
Bachelor’s thesis incorporates vehicles of the Bayern Motor Works, which managed to become an everlasting icon among sports cars, and also recent models, which are determined to keep this tradition alive. Presented are some interesting technical innovations of division Motorsport GmbH and their evolution until present.
Class Super 2000 Rally Cars
Ratiborský, Pavel ; Blaťák, Ondřej (referee) ; Hejtmánek, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis is divided into three points. The first section is divided into the basic design elements of the Super 2000 cars and briefly describes their function. In the second section is a call for representatives of this class, described the design and comparison with a standard car. The last point is outlined the possible future development.
Conception of terrain vehicles UTV
Béreš, Matej ; Vopařil, Jan (referee) ; Kučera, Pavel (advisor)
Review article, which is concerning about constructions and arrangements of particular components of utility terrain vehicles. Components are being judged in terms of driving, comfort and value attributes in particular chapters of this thesis. Thesis gains its information mainly from publications about automotive components and official manufacturer brochures. Individual vehicles are mentioned just marginally in this thesis, because the main part of thesis deals about suitability of particular constructions for concrete conditions.
