Apartment House in Břeclav

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a apartment building in Břeclav. The building is constructed using the POROTHERM system, it has a basement, and a pitched roof. It is a building with three above-ground floors, housing residential units. The underground floor contains the technical facilities of the building. Furthermore, a standalone garage with 4 parking spaces is designed, also constructed using the POROTHERM system and having a flat roof. The roofing of the building consists of a double-layer pitched roof with the supporting structure made of trusses. The building is insulated using thermal insulation blocks in the above-ground part and extruded polystyrene in the underground part. The footprint of the aparment building is 164.60 m2 and the garage is 92.40 m2.

The subject of the thesis is the development of a project for a multifunctional building between U Hajenky and Koksová Streets in Ostrava. The building has five floors with one underground floor with a collective garage for parking. On the first floor there are commercial spaces. The following floors are used for housing (14 residential units). The building has a combined support system based on piles. In 1.PP and 1.NP - reinforced concrete walls and columns. 2.ND-4.ND – load-bearing masonry walls, sand-lime bricks. The building is roofed with a flat roof. The multifunctional building is designed on a slope.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the development of project documentation for the construction of an object for short-term recreation with almost zero energy consumption in the village of Orlické Záhoří. The building is designed as a two-story basement, covered with a gable roof, which is partially embedded in the terrain. The building offers eleven accommodation units, including a fresh bar and relaxation in the sauna world.

The subject of the thesis is the development of a multifunctional building project on the corner of Vídeňská street in Brno. The building has six floors with two underground floors with a collective garage for parking. On the first floor there are commercial spaces. The following floors are used for administrative purposes. The building is skeletal, based on piles. The infill masonry is made of aerated concrete. From the second floor, the perimeter of the building is designed as a light outer shell. There is one other building attached to the building, which also serves administrative purposes. At the same time, it fulfills the function of an entrance. The roof of the building is single-skinned from a modified asphalt strip.
