Perception and realization of condition training in youth category in handball
Hlavatý, Lukáš ; Petružela, Jan (advisor) ; Vorálek, Rostislav (referee)
Title: Perception and realization of condition training in youth category in handball Objectives: The aim of bachelor thesis is to find out how is a conditional training implemented in young category under 14 years old Methods: For collecting data was used anonymous questionnaire which was extended by Czech Handball Federation across many trainers from category under 14 years old Results: Conditional training has more space in clubs with higher status than in clubs with smaller status by Czech handbal federation. Conditional training is created by head coaches and conditional training is used in form of mini-blocks in handbal training. Key words: handball, strenght training, conditional training, Czech handball federation, long-term development of athlete
Effect of muscle hypertrophy training with split systems at intermediate and advanced clients in the fitness center
Kadlec, Marek ; Bunc, Václav (advisor) ; Panáčková, Michaela (referee)
Title: Effect of muscle hypertrophy training with split systems at intermediate and advanced clients in the fitness center Objectives: Based on the literature analysis we establish the principles of training for muscle hypertrophy affecting fitness centers for clients aged 18 - 50 years Methods: In our thesis we used a method of literature search. We will critically analyze available literature and make specific design methods that lead to effecting muscle hypertrophy for intermediate and advanced clients in a fitness centre. Results: Principles of design an individual program for intermediate and advanced clients in the fitness Keywords: Strenght training, muscle hypertrophy, training split, a muscle
Strength training and impact of maximal strength gain on power and endurance in bench press
Farkaš, Boris ; Bunc, Václav (advisor) ; Malý, Tomáš (referee)
STRENGHT TRAINING AND IMPACT OF MAXIMAL STRENGTH GAIN ON POWER AND ENDURANCE IN BENCH PRESS Objectives: The aim of my work is to acquire more information on the questions of strenght training in order to perform the strenght traning routine properly. The main goal is the verification of the theory for the maximal strenght improvement applied on myself and finding the correlation between power and endurance in bench press. The first part deals with the theory of strenght training from the point of view of different authors. In the second part, I evaluate and compare results of my own experiment. Hypotheses: 1. After 7 weeks of the described workout programme there will be a significant gain of maximal strenght in bench press. 2. The progress in the maximal strenght gain will cause positive impact on improving power and endurance. Methods: Searching of knowledge concerning the topic of the work. Information taken from Czech and foreign sources and from internet sites followed by the experiment, it means the method of empiric observation. Key words: Strenght training, maximal strength gain, maximal strength, power, endurance, bench press, training routine
The effect of breathing strategy on lifted load during the bench press
Hlava, Karel Dennis ; Šťastný, Petr (advisor) ; Petr, Miroslav (referee)
Title: The influence of breathing techniques on lifted load during the bench-press Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to determine the differences in total volume of lifted load during the bench-press exercise with resistance of 1RM, 4RM, 8RM and 12RM, while using different breathing techniques (VM - Valsalva maneuver, PAC - lung packing, HB - hold breath, RB - reverse breathing and FBP - flat bench-press combined with free-breathing pattern) in intermediate and advanced athletes of resistance training. Methods: A method of randomized experimental research, done in predetermined laboratory conditions, was used during the evaluation of the differences between breathing patterns. A method of analysis was used to evaluate the collected data. Results: The result of this thesis were a significant changes in total lifted load during the bench-press exercise with resistance of 1RM, 4RM, 8RM and 12RM, while using the RB techinque (p<0,05). VM, PAC, HB and FBP are breathing techniques with no significant changes, while lifting maximal and submaximal loads during the bench-press exercise. Therefore, we consider Valsalva maneuver to be the best breathing technique in relation to lifted loads during the bench-press exercise in intermediate and advanced athletes of resistance training, as it already...
