[cze][eng] Název: Ovlivnění svalové hypertrofie pomocí tréninkových splitů u mírně pokročilých a pokročilých klientů ve fitness centru. Cíle: Na základě rozboru literatury chceme stanovit zásady tréninku pro ovlivnění svalové hypertrofie u klientů fitness center ve věku 18 - 50 let. Metody: V bakalářské práci použijeme metodu literární rešerše. Kriticky rozebereme dostupnou literaturu a uděláme návrh konkrétních metod, které vedou k ovlivnění svalové hypertrofie pro mírně pokročilé a pokročilé klienty ve fitness.
