Analysis of Motivation Factors in the selected Workplace

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to identify the motivational factors which employees of selected company consider important for their satisfaction and working efficiency. The partial aim is to determine the level of satisfaction with the factors that are already present in company and on the basis of these outputs to develop a set of recommendations for the management of the workplace. These aims will be achieved through specific research methods, which is a questionnaire survey. The work draws on theoretical knowledge, motivation theories and fundamental stimulus funds that are listed in the first half of the work. The next part is focused on the presentation and interpretation of the results, in the same section provides a set of recommendations. Based on the above it can be concluded that the aim has been achieved. The results of this work can be beneficial for future managers and inspiration for managers who are practicing their profession.
The motivations of employees in the Central Control and Testing institute for Agriculture

The aim of the Bachelor's thesis is to analyze the situation in the workplace of the Central Control and Testing Institute for Agriculture and it is based on the analysis to suggest optimal ways for increasing employee's motivation. This proposal is based on the principles described in the theoretical part and on the results of analysis of employee's satisfaction by using questionnaire survey called Stoewer test. A proposal of new solution includes how to motivate the employees more effectively for positive effect of their work in the monitored organization.

This bachelor thesis is focusing on motivation of employees and motivational system in company Bageterie Boulevard. Theoretical part discusses general information which are concerning the motivation and stimulation, explains the different types of motivation and sources of motivation. In the practical part using the questionnaire examines the motivation of employees in the workplace. The aim of this thesis is to examine the motivational system in the company and to evaluate strengths and weaknesses, and use these findings to propose measures to improve the system of motivation and to help company achieve all goals.

The theoretical part of the Master's thesis deals with aspects, which influence job performance of employees. The thesis describes one of the most important parts of job performance, which is the motivation. It is also dealing with some of more or less known motivational theories, which help us to understand the motivation of each person. The thesis does not omit term of stimulation and work satisfaction as well. The background of specific company in tourisms, the U Pinkasů restaurant, is sketched in practical part of the thesis. The motivation of its employees as well as some improvement suggestions are studied close.

The aim of this thesis is to propose changes which can improve the actual state of motivation and stimulation in the chosen organization. The methods of research are questionnaire for employees, an interview with management and the study of specialized literature. Subject of the bachelor thesis is an area of interpersonal influences in the working process. In the first part I am focusing at basic theoretical principles, definitions and concepts related with motivating of employees to better performance at the workplace and using of appropriate stimulus means. The bachelor thesis also closely focuses at interpersonal relationships at the workplace. Second part begins with introduction of the company in which I was doing my research. Using a structured questionnaire I examined interpersonal relationships at the workplace with taking into account motivational profiles of employees in the company. In the third part, there is a summary and evaluation of research results in the company. Based on the data and their analysis, problem areas are defined and appropriate recommendations are made. These recommendations should contribute to the improvement of relations, followed by greater work efficiency in the company.

The aim of the bachelor thesis called Interpersonal Influence in the Working Process is the influence of motivation and stimulation in particular organization on the working performance of its employees. The theoretical part deals with a definition of the terms motivation and stimulation. Then the existing theories of work motivation, determination of motivational sources and stimulation instruments in the organization and setting up a motivational programme. The practical part of the bachelor thesis, based on questionnaires, interviews, concentrates on motivation of employees and on stimulation instruments used by its management in the particular organization. The analysis deals with the organization ČEVAK a.s. The main aim of this topic is to compare the employees in terms of their motivation profiles and the use of appropriate stimulation instruments. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the motivational tools, to assess their impact on employee satisfaction. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on knowledge of the professional literature about motivation of employees. This section deals with the issue of motivation, defines basic terms, selected motivation theories, sources of motivation, stimulation instruments and motivation programme of the enterprises. The practical part is devoted to the characteristics of organization from the history of the present, employees' politics and motivational tools, which are used in this organization. After that the practical part focuses on analysis of data gained by a questionnaire search. In the conclusion of the thesis there is an assessment of overall situation in the company regarding motivation and make up some effective suggestions.
Seed treatment with "Trisol" stimulative products– seed germination impact

The seeds of barley (Hordeum vulgare L. RESPEKT) have been tested for stimulation effect of preparations originated in the BEIDEA company. Growth experiments were performed in sandy substrate, with 2 cm and 4 cm sowing, and under controlled conditions. Seed development, growth and dry weight of under- and aboveground seedlings were monitored. All preparations had a positive effect on the seed development and growth. Growth stimulatory effect is discussed in the text.
