Cílem této bakalářské práce je identifikace motivačních faktorů, které mají ve vybrané organizaci podstatný vliv na spokojenost a výkonnost zaměstnanců. Dílčím cílem je zjištění úrovně spokojenosti s faktory, které jsou ve společnosti již přítomny a na základě těchto výstupů vypracovat soubor doporučení pro vedení pracoviště. Těchto cílů bude dosaženo prostřednictvím zvolené výzkumné metody, kterou je dotazníkové šetření. Práce čerpá z teoretických poznatků, motivačních teorií a základních stimulačních prostředků, které jsou uvedeny v první polovině práce. Následující část práce je zaměřena na prezentaci a interpretaci zjištěných výsledků, v téže části je uveden i soubor doporučení. Na základě uvedeného je možné konstatovat, že cíl práce byl splněn. Výsledky této práce mohou být přínosem pro budoucí manažery a inspirací pro manažery již své povolání vykonávající. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to identify the motivational factors which employees of selected company consider important for their satisfaction and working efficiency. The partial aim is to determine the level of satisfaction with the factors that are already present in company and on the basis of these outputs to develop a set of recommendations for the management of the workplace. These aims will be achieved through specific research methods, which is a questionnaire survey. The work draws on theoretical knowledge, motivation theories and fundamental stimulus funds that are listed in the first half of the work. The next part is focused on the presentation and interpretation of the results, in the same section provides a set of recommendations. Based on the above it can be concluded that the aim has been achieved. The results of this work can be beneficial for future managers and inspiration for managers who are practicing their profession.
