Manufacturing of mirrors clamp
Večeřa, Jaromír ; Jopek, Miroslav (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
This thesis presents a proposal for manufacturing of a mirror clamp, used for wall mounting. The clamp is made of stainless steel 1.4301 with a thickness of 1 mm. Manufacture series produces 40,000 pcs/year. After considering the individual manufacturing options, production in the combined process tool was chosen. The manufacture takes place in five steps, the utilization of the material is 84.1 %. This was completely proved by technological, design and control calculations. According to these calculations, a tool was designed with all of the technical documentation. Due to the forming force of 180 kN and the work of 113 kJ, the eccentric press T-30 CE from the company SanGiacomo Presse was chosen.
Production of a rotating vessel
Novák, Václav ; Žák, Ladislav (referee) ; Císařová, Michaela (advisor)
The thesis is concerned with the concept of an rotating vessel, that is a part of cotton candy machine. A drawing is cylindrical shape with circular a hole in the bottom, which is made of austenitic chrome-nickel steel 1.4301 with the thickness 1,5 mm. Due to the production volume 50 000 units per year, the pulling technology without wall thinning was choosen. The process of drawing will be performer in one operation. Due to calculated force, the ZHS 400 hydraulic press with a nominal force of 4 000 kN was chosen.
Tube Flaring Technology under Dynamic Conditions
Macháček, David ; Forejt, Milan (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
This master thesis is divided into three main parts. In first part is more closely described the method of tube flaring. Tube flaring was chosen for analysis of biaxial stress, in this thesis particularly in the presence of high strain rate. In the second part is more closely described influence of high strain rate on the forming process. There is described influence of high strain rate on behavior of the material, hardening, change of quasi-static yield strength to the dynamic yield strength, influence of high strain rate on the microstructure and more. During the description of these processes there is effort to describe the cause of these changes as well. For this task was used domestic and foreign literature, as well as peer review papers whose authors study intensively this problematic. Besides all of the above there is also derived the velocity of elastic and plastic wave. In the end is evaluated experiment, in which was done tube flaring, which is part of this master thesis. Results from the 3D optical system ARAMIS are interpreted with the help of Microsoft Excel, where the chosen results were used as the input to the equations modified for the dynamic loading.
Working of semi-finished product for laser welding
Černý, Jan ; Mrňa, Libor (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
The thesis deals with the technology of laser welding and preparation of semi-finished products for laser welding for serial production. The theoretical part deals with the physical nature of the laser, different types of lasers, welding technology, preparation of welded surfaces, safety of work with lasers and basic division of corrosion resistant steels. The practical part deals with the assessment and evaluation of the proposed technologies of cutting blanks for laser welding. In the practical part, roughness, flatness and macrostructure tests were performed and evaluated.
