Práce předkládá návrh technologie výroby úchytky zrcadla, sloužící k uchycení na zeď. Je vyráběna z korozivzdorné oceli 1.4301 o tloušťce 1 mm. Výrobní série činí 40 000 ks/rok. Po zvážení jednotlivých výrobních variant byla zvolena výroba ve sdruženém postupovém nástroji. Zde probíhá výroba v pěti krocích, využití materiálu dosahuje 84,1 %. Byly provedeny technologické, konstrukční a kontrolní výpočty. Dle nich byl navržen nástroj, pro který byla zpracována technická dokumentace. Dle tvářecí síly 180 kN a práce 113 kJ byl zvolen výstředníkový lis T-30 CE od firmy SanGiacomo Presse. This thesis presents a proposal for manufacturing of a mirror clamp, used for wall mounting. The clamp is made of stainless steel 1.4301 with a thickness of 1 mm. Manufacture series produces 40,000 pcs/year. After considering the individual manufacturing options, production in the combined process tool was chosen. The manufacture takes place in five steps, the utilization of the material is 84.1 %. This was completely proved by technological, design and control calculations. According to these calculations, a tool was designed with all of the technical documentation. Due to the forming force of 180 kN and the work of 113 kJ, the eccentric press T-30 CE from the company SanGiacomo Presse was chosen.
