Hot water heating systems with solar component

Bachelor's thesis deals with the description of hot-water heating systems using solar elements. This work consists of two parts. In the first part of thesis describes types of hot-water heating systems and their distribution according to different aspects. The following are the basic types of components, which are used in such systems. The work also discusses the use of sunlight to obtain thermal energy using solar collectors. The second part of work is focused on technical-economic comparison of solar heating systems for TV and heating, using two different types of solar collectors.

For heating – up has been used a bivalent system complemented by electric heating inlet. The calculation has been intent on concept of collector area size and balance of energy systém.

Heating the building for youth and free time

The content of this thesis is the treatment of heating of a multipurpose building for youth and leisure time in Letovice, Blansko district. The building has three floors with a total built-up area of 1003 m2. Thesis solves a design of the heating system of the first floor including solution to the boiler room for heating the whole building. The boiler room is located on the ground floor. Pellet boilers are designed for heating purpose. Solar system is designed for preheating drinking water. Room ventilation in building is designed as a natural.

Heating of multifunctional building

The task of processing bachelor’s thesis is the solution of concept of heating system with heating up water for a multifunctional building and subsequent suggestion of heat source. The object is independently located in the city of Havlickuv Brod. This multifunctional object consists of three floors with administrative facilities and the fourth is used as a restaurant. In the underground part of the building are garages. Heat loss is largely covered with under floor heating system. Ventilation of space is designed as forced. The sources of heat are heat pumps, auxiliary gas boiler and solar collectors.

Energies Conservation in Housing

In my thesis I solve the problem of energy savings for flats and flat -buildings. Several options for saving energy are shown and described in the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis and opinions of several authors about various saving measures are compared. Grant programs Nový panel and Zelená úsporám are described as well. Measures that could bring the greatest savings are selected in the second ? practical ? part and afterwards applied in the model project on prefabricated house T 06 B 02. Such measures are thermal insulation, installing solar collectors for heating water and heat pumps used to heat the building. For each measure there is approximate price and possible saving determined in this part. This data are a base for calculation of the payback period for each measure and finally for the entire reconstruction. The issue of financing the investment is solved in three ways. The first option is self-financing, The second option is to finance the reconstruction with grants from the Nový panel programm and the last option is to fund the project with the help of Zelená úsporám.
