The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the design of a new family house and the development of the project at the implementation documentation stage. The objective is to create a project in accordance with current legislation and suitable within the context of the municipal zoning plan. The design should consider the existing terrain and surrounding buildings. The lower floor features a spacious living room with a dining area and open kitchen, a utility room, a separate toilet, a bedroom with a bathroom, and a room for storing garden tools and furniture. The building is founded on strip foundations. The structure is constructed from ceramic blocks and is externally insulated with facade polystyrene, finished with a thin-layer silicone plaster. The facade color scheme is a combination of white and light gray. The windows and entrance doors are in anthracite color, as are the windowsills. A gravel walkway will be established around the building. The building is designed to achieve near-zero energy consumption, adhering to low-energy standards.
