Family residence with two flats in Bystřice pod Hostýnem

The target of this thesis work is design of family house with two separate building units on concrete place in Bystrice pod Hostynem. The intention is to create functional disposal solution to take account everyday working. The new building is given for family about four people and one grandparent. The emphasis is given on general visual impression and design. Building is designed from KM BETA construction system with wooden outdoor facing on the part of facade.
Two-generation family house with retail space

This bechelor thesis describes the design of the two generation detached house, which inclued 2 flats and and adjunction administrative part. Building has two floors and it´s partly with a cellar. The part of first floor is solved for older generation and second flat inclueding part of first and all second floor is designed for younger people. Structure is solved as T cross-section with two shed roofs and one flat roof.
Detached House with Business Premises in Ledeč nad Sázavou

This thesis concerns the design documentation of the house with an establishment in Ledeč nad Sázavou. The building has two floors with the ground floor establishment and no basement. The building is designed as a brick building from Porotherm. The roof is pitched with a slope of 35° and above establishment pitched with a slope of 12°. The roof is made up of modern wooden construction. On the building are two types of concrete roofing Bramac Max 7 ° and Bramac Max brick red color. The land is located two other minor works. One serves as a garage for two cars and one as a multipurpose garden shed. The complex of buildings is located on undeveloped land with the planar terrain.
Detached House with Establishment

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a detached house. The object is located in the town of Markvartice in a gently sloping terrain, and it is conceived for families of four members. The family house is designed as a stand-alone, two-floor, with a partly made cellar. There is also a garage in the house. The main entrance is at the level of the 1st floor, and the entrance to the building is at the basement level. The main rooms are oriented to the south. Vertical structures are made of ceramic blocks. The ceiling construction is made of bricks with miako inserts and ceramic concrete joists. The detached house is topped by a shed roof. The project was prepared using the computer program AutoCAD. When processing, the emphasis was put on the correct layout, architectural solutions, static requirements and safe use of the building.
Multifunctional building

This is a detached multifunctional building in the construction of commercial and residential buildings. The building is located in České Budějovice. Multifunctional building has five floors, one underground floor and a partial basement. The building is covered single-surface vegetation and double skin roof rack. On the first floor is a multifunctional building with reception vestibule, hall of which are accessible to all businesses and also the staircase space. The first floor is also a cafe, spatially separated from the multifunctional building. The café includes restrooms and stairs to get to the hinterland own cafe, where there is room for staff, toilet and are relevant warehouses drinks and other amenities. On the second floor there is a fitness center with all facilities and sanitary facilities. The gym also includes a reception and a health food store. In the third to fifth floor are residential units. A total of 5 apartments, where 2 and 3 flats are always identical. The building is based on foundation strips of plain concrete and masonry made of POROTHERM building system with a contact system of the company ISOVER. The project has been prepared complete documentation of new multifunctional building at the level of documentation for construction. Design of the building emphasizes the static and layout, fire safety, energy savings and safety in use. Drawing documentation was realized in ArchiCAD.
High Standard Detached House

This bachelor’s thesis deals with a new built detached house situated in Přestavlky, Přerov district. The building has two floors with a partial basement, made of sand-lime brick system Sendwix. Ceilings are made of monolithic reinforced concrete and the building is covered with the shed roofs. The object is divided into the social area on the first floor, the sleeping area on the second floor and the technical facilities in the basement. Living rooms are mainly situated in the southern part of the building, in connection with a large terrace.
Family house Bratčice

The aim of the project is a new building of a family house in the cadastral area Bratčice, South Moravian Region. The house is in the row of existing development. It is designed for a family of four. The building has no basement and two floors. On the first floor there is an entrance, garage and main day area. On the second floor there is a bedrooms, work room and utility room. The building is designed mainly in wall system of Porotherm. There is a shed roof with a dormer and flat roof. The facade is designed as an external thermal insulation composite system or as a ventilated facade.
Detached family house, Moravské Budějovice

This work deals with the design of a newly-built single-family house, which is located in the cadastral area of the town of Moravske Budejovice. It is a two-floor house without a basement, which is designed for a family of four. The house is detached. The vertical loadbearing structures are lined with ceramic blocks HELUZ, insulated by contact thermal insulation system from polystyrene plates. The building is covered with a shed roof with a slope of 7°. Garage is part of the house and has shed roof with a slope 5°.
Honza`s Winery

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a winery with accommodation facilities. The whole area consists of the main building, a building for storage of garden equipment and wooden cabins for lodging during summer time. The diploma thesis is mostly focused on the design of the main building with the winemaking facilities, five rooms on the second floor and technical background. All buildings in the area are appropriately placed considering the cardinal points and they are logically connected with each other by means of roads. The main building is fully provided with cellars where the largest part of the production and the sampling and presentation rooms are found. The shape of the floor plan displays a shape of the letter “u” with two above-ground floors. The whole second above-ground floor is created as a relaxation zone for the guests. Each room has its private balcony with a nice view of the neighbouring vineyards. The roofing is implemented by the flat roof with extensive vegetation and wooden roof trusses, fitting into the surrounding landscape.
Detached house, Kuřim

The project deals with building a family house in Kuřim. The building is designed as a detached house with garage for one car. The object has two floors, no basement. The building is situated parallel with the adjacent roads. Floor plan of the building is regular. Visual appearance of house does not affect the street and adjacent detached houses. The main entrance to the house and driveway are oriented to the road (northwest). The bearing walls are designed from the sand-lime bricks (with ETICS insulation). Ceilings are designed from the ceramic-concrete panels. The house has a shed roof, above the garage and main entrance is a flat roof.
