Tato bakalářská práce zpracovává návrh pro dvougenerační rodinný dům, který obsahuje 2 byty a připojenou administrativní část. Budova má dvě podlaží a je částečně podsklepená. Část prvního patra je řešena pro starší generaci a druhý byt pro mladší. Objekt je řešen jako T-průřez s dvěma pultovýma a jednou plochou střechou. This bechelor thesis describes the design of the two generation detached house, which inclued 2 flats and and adjunction administrative part. Building has two floors and it´s partly with a cellar. The part of first floor is solved for older generation and second flat inclueding part of first and all second floor is designed for younger people. Structure is solved as T cross-section with two shed roofs and one flat roof.
