Web Portal of the Goods Store

This master thesis presents ZZM spol. s r.o.`s web portal of good store, which should improve availability of goods and sevices to ZZM`s customers and make a good way to evaluation of taking and runing the goods in a separate regions managing by ZZM. Project make use of PHP and MySQL technology. Application includes technology for autentization, security and session for following behaviour and obtaining information about customers. For better decision making aggregated data will be present in OLAP technology. Web portal will be independent application communicating with actual internal system of firm ZZM based on communication protocol PDK version 6.

Case Study of a Patient after ACL reconstruction

Abstracts Title: Case study of patient after ACL reconstruction Goals: follow the complications that found after examinations and therapy that based on according to it to eliminate it then observing the condition after all if there is improvement or deterioration, also showing the theoretical part about ACL and what is related about its injury. Methods: Thesis have two main parts which are the theoretical part that describe the ACL injury and ACL reconstruction, the other part is according to my knowledge which based on my studies in FTVS I did the examinations that patient need to understand the patient clinical picture then putting the therapy plan and treat according to the complications or deformities that found during the examinations, all based on FTVS studies. Patient will follow the therapy sessions schedule then evaluation of the changes in the end with the conclusion. Results: satisfying improvements after 8 sessions therapy that improve the knee joint stability with improvement of muscle strength, symmetry of the muscle tone, release the joint play, eliminate the pain that patient complain of, improve the ROM of knee also improve the confidence of knee joint this leads to correct gait pattern which patient need most and achieved. Case study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient after ACL Surgery

Title: Case study of patient with diagnosis of ACL surgery Aim: The aim of the thesis is to provide all clinical findings that are written in two parts the first is the theoretical part that brings the general outlook and information about diagnose of ACL Ruptured. Practical part describes the outcome and the effect of the applied physiotherapy. Method: The thesis is based on my three years' study of physiotherapy at the faculty of physical education and sport of Charles University. Thesis consist of two main parts; the first part describes the anatomy of the knee joint and the aetiology of the ACL reconstruction. The second part describes the initial kinesiological examination and physiotherapy treatment has been applied to the patient. Result: Satisfying result after the 4 weeks of physiotherapy treatment which consist of 8 session by showing the sign of improvement of the positive result by eliminating the pain, maintain the knee stability, increase the ROM, improve muscles strength and encourage the patient to put more load on the operated leg and improve better gait pattern. IS for School Registration in Africa

This document contains description of a design and implementation of an information system for school registration for project Adopce na dálku®. The information system audits the information about children whom school fees are paid form the project mentioned above. The information personal, about child's family, higienic condition, about sponsor and mainly the information about school, which are ranged especially to audit the information about school fees payment, are stored. Access to this application is hierarchic in compliance with rights of an individual users autentificated by password. The system allows to create new child's records and its editing, it can generate lists for printing in accordance with various criteria, too. The system is created for effective and synoptical management of information presented above.
