Autor: Minas Kourtoglou Stáž: Oblastní nemocnice Kladno Shrnutí Cílem této práce je Zdůrazňují přístup rehabilitační a postupů použitých pro pacienta v sub- akutní fázi po stanovení diagnózy akutní ischemické cévní mozková příhoda (mozková mrtvice), a také úzkostlivě demonstrují proces přezkoumání a léčbou za předpokladu ve skutečné případové studie diagnózy. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Case Study Patient with Diagnosis After Fracture of Acetabulum on Left Side

Title of the thesis: Case study of patient after fracture of acetabulum in left side Author: Saad Al Amri Work placement: Kladno U Nemocnice Summary In the bachelor thesis, which was written by my self, it is divided in two parts, theoretical part and special part. The theoretical part describes anatomy of hip joint, it's bones, muscles, ligaments, nerves and blood supply of the hip joint. Information about kinesiological and biomechanical point of view were discussed as well. In the practical part I analyzed procedures I have done with the patient, all examinations, conclusions, therapies and results. Last part of the bachelor thesis it contains list of literature used in the bachelor thesis, it contains list of figures and tables used in the thesis, abbreviations and the ethics committee. Total Knee Replacement

Title: Total knee replacement Aim: the aim of this thesis is to a clinical study of a patient who had underwent the total knee replacement and to give her suitable rehabilitation. This is the final thesis for the bachelor degree in physiotherapy. The anatomy of the joints, muscles, ligaments, cartilages of the knee joint are described with their functions. Also, the movements and kinesiology of the knee are discussed in details. All these followed by the osteoarthritis like what it is, what causes it and so-on. Total knee replacement are also described in detail with the proceduces that should be done before and after operation and the care that should be taken by the patient after the operation. At the end of the theoretical part, the ways of rehabilitation are being listed. In the case study, the initial examinations, short term plan, long term plan, day to day therapy and their effects are shown with the final examination and the therapeutic effect. The different approaches were used in the therapies to get the full function of the knee. The patient got better but needs more therapies. A total of 8 therapies were done with the patient. Název: Studie pacienta s diagnózou po operaci Předního zkříženého vazu Cíl: Cílem této práce je poskytnout závěry z klinické studie, které se skládají ze dvou částí. Teoretická část popisuje obecný pohled na diagnózu přetrženého předního zkříženého vazu (ACL). Praktická část popisuje výsledek a dopad po aplikaci fyzioterapeutického léčení. Metoda: Práce je vypracována na základě mého 3letého studia fyzioterapie na fakultě tělesné výchovy a sportu na Karlově Univerzitě. Téze se skládá z dvou hlavních částí; první část popisuje anatomii kolenního kloubu, etiologii a nápravu přetrženého předního zkříženého vazu (ACL). Druhá část popisuje prvotní kineziologické vyšetření a fyzioterapeutické léčení aplikováno na pacienta. Výsledek: Dosaženo uspokojivých výsledků po 4týdenním aplikovaném terapeutickém léčení, které se skládalo z 8 sezení. Kde bylo poukázáno na známky zlepšení, pozitivní výsledky, jelikož zcela vymizela bolest. Je potřeba zachovat stabilitu kolene, zlepšit rozsah pohybu kolenního kloubu (ROM), posílit svalstvo a povzbudit pacienta, aby vice zatěžoval operované koleno a vylepšil si tím chůzi. Klíčová slova: přední křížový sval (ACL), přetržený vaz, omezeni rozsahu pohybu kolenního kloubu, ztuhlost svalů, pohybová omezení, operace, fyzioterapeutické sezení, vyšetření kolenního kloubu.

Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of arthrosis patient after total knee replacement

Abstraktní Název: Případová studie fyzioterapeutické léčby pacienta s artrózou po totální výměně kolene. Cíl práce: Cílem této práce je zhodnotit rehabilitaci pacienta po totální náhradě kolene v důsledku osteoartrózy. Je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou část, přehled a popisuje anatomickou strukturu kolene, kineziologii, biomechaniku a vývoj a onemocnění. Praktická část si klade za cíl popsat vyšetřovací postupy, implementaci terapie a závěr pacienta ve vztahu k dané diagnóze. Klinické nálezy: Tato případová studie shrnuje stav 50letého pacienta po celkové výměně kolene. Pacient měl omezenou pohyblivost a omezené klouby kolem operované strany. Tam pravé koleno má otok, změnu barvy kůže, teplotu a jizvu. Metody: Všechny použité postupy vycházely z literatury dané Univerzity Karlovy v Praze, Fakulty tělesné výchovy a sportu. Výsledek: pacient byl zavázán k terapeutickým sezením, případ pacienta se vyvíjel pozitivně s bolestí, rozsahem pohybu a svalovou nerovnováhou kolenních kloubů. Závěr: Aplikované terapie měly pozitivní účinek na případ pacienta. Klíčová slova: Osteoartritida, kolenní kloub, Varus deformita, bolest kolena, ztuhlost kotníku, náhrada kolene.

Case study of patient with Multiple Sclerosis disease

Title Case study of patient with Multiple Sclerosis disease Thesis aim and clinical findings This thesis involves a case study approach for a patient with Multible Sclerosis. The thesis is divided into theoretical part which describes the background of Multiple Sclerosis . The other part is special part, which contains all the work I have done with my patient, all the examinations, conclusions, therapies and results. Methods The practical part took a place in Oblastní nemocnice Kladno, it is based on a female patient, who is suffering from Multiple sclerosis, The patient had one session every day during these two weeks I was there. In total the patient had 5 sessions with me. All the methods applied are from what we have learn and practice during my study in the faculty of physical education and sport, and also all the methods were non-invasive Result After the therapy sessions my patient had a slight progress. Physiotherapeutic Rehabilitation Plan for a Patient after Disc Herniation at L3/L4 with Radiculopathy

Title Physiotherapeutic rehabilitation plan for a patient after disc herniation at l3/l4 with radiculopathy Goal: The purpose of thesis is to explain in a simplified manner the condition and the positive effect of physical therapy applied Methods This thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical part that discusses the etiology of the diagnoses and the anatomy of the spine in general and the biomechanical and kinesiology of the lower back. The physiotherapeutic approach is also mentioned in the theoretical part. The second part reviews a patient diagnosed with the mentioned diagnoses, and describes the examinations, therapies and approaches used, the therapy sessions are divided into two parts, before and after the surgery, and finally there is the evaluation and effect of the treatment applied. During the therapy sessions the most important techniques used were joint mobilization and soft tissue techniques according to Lewit, PNF strengthening techniques, breathing exercises and ADL training. Result The patient showed some kind of improvements in the part of the joint play, release of the restricted fascia of lower back and the superficial sensation of the lower extremity. The patient is more aware and educated of his condition.
