Intergenerational Relations and Cooperation in the Teaching Staff and Their Influence on Education.

The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a research investigation. In the theoretical part the author deals with communication and defines the concept. Then, it deals with conflicts, which the author defines and describes the different kinds and also delves into rivalry and generational conflicts. The thesis also describes teaching models as a source of conflicts. It describes the relationship to self and relationships to others. Last but not least, it discusses the school, the teaching staff and the vision of the school under study. The second part consists of a research investigation. The research investigation was conducted in the form of an online questionnaire for teachers and for pupils. The questionnaire for teachers consisted of both closed and open-ended questions and the questionnaire for pupils consisted of closed-ended questions only. The data were presented in graphical form. The questionnaires are attached in the appendices at the end of the thesis, where the answers to the open-ended questions for teachers are also attached. Then, in the conclusion, the author suggested measures to improve the climate of the teaching staff based on the data. The research investigation presents the opinion of four respondent of the Church of the Brethren congregation in Havlíčkův Brod. It seeks to better map and explore ideas related to diakonia within the congregation
"Music Scene" - a concert hall for the city of Brno

Theme of diploma thesis is „Music scene“ - a concert hall for city of Brno. Thesis consists of architectural study of concert hall including foyer, functional and service spaces. Capacity of Hall is 724 spectators divided in three floors of auditorium and can host up to 85 of orchestral musicians and 50 members of choir. Concept makes architectural study, which respect surrounding buildings but creates interesting space.
Contemporary Trends of Protestant Liturgical Music in the Czech Republic

anglicky The diploma thesis Contemporary Trends of Protestant Liturgical Music in the Czech Republic deals mainly with both - musical and unmusical - element of contemporary praise and worship songs used at protestant Sunday services. The aim of praise and worship music in a Sunday service, is to give praise to God, as well as it was in biblical times. Therefore the first chapter of the thesis presents observations about music in the Bible and examines its connections to non-musical ways of praising God, which throws light upon the situation today. The part of the thesis which makes the reader familiar with current situation of protestant liturgical music in the Czech Republic, points out weaknesses in present-day song writing and shows a need of musical education for Christians, who take part in performing music at Church, compose songs and translate them from other languages. There is also a notable trend of adapting hymnbook songs, which therefore become friendlier to younger generation who prefers livelier music. Title: The Acitivity of Climbing Units within the Firefighters Rescue squad of Hradec Králové region Objective: The main objective of this thesis is the description of the intervention and training activities of the Fire Brigade of the Hradec Králové region, concretely climbing groups, inprevious two years. Another aim is to compare their undertaken training activities with the regulatory requirements and demands on members of climbing groups. Methods: Preparation of research based on available materials for the theoretical part. Different statistics prepared by instructors of climbing groups were used for practical part. Last but not least method is the evaluation of interviews with instructors and members of climbing groups. Results: The results which are based on records of individual instructors of climbing groups show that the training activities exceed regulatory prescribed range of training activities. Furthermore the interviews with instructors and members of the climbing group show excellent readiness to deal with emergencies at height and rescue. Résumé This Master thesis called "Composer and pedagogue Petr Šandera" disserts about a musical personality from Jihlava's region, where comes also the author of this Master thesis Pavel Salák, Šandera's student, from. Petr Šandera (*1941), who is the object of this work, graduated Academy of music in Brno in 1965, then four years later he graduated Janáček's Academy of music arts in Brno, both school in specialisation Playing organ. After he finished studies, he worked as a musical teacher in Piešťany, in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm and in Jihlava. Beside it he was employed as an organist in Jihlava's crematorium. In years 1991-2002 he worked as a director of Jihlava's art school. Beside his work he addicted himself to composition during his life. He is an author of 129 opuses so far. The aim of this Master thesis is to introduce Petr Šandera, his life, his pedagogical working and mainly to point out to his abundant musical pieces, from which the essential part hasn't been interpreted yet. By the help of the analysis of two choir pieces this Master thesis should characterize Šandera's style of composition. Title: Description of Fire Brigade of Prague Airport and analysis of its firefighting intervention in the period of 2015-2019. Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to give a description of Fire Brigade of Prague Airport. An analysis and evaluation of firefighting interventions at the airport is also provided by means of graphs and tables from 1.1.2015 to 31.1.2019 period. Methods: The data were obtained from an employee of Fire Brigade of Prague Airport. Available literature was studied and a research was carried out. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and statistical data comparison between each year. The data analysis was split according to type and number of interventions for individual years in the period of 2015-2019. Finally, the analysis was evaluated and the data were compared by means of graphs and tables. Results: The output of the diploma thesis is a description and intervention analysis of Fire Brigade of Prague Airport in the years 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.
