The thesis solves the project of a kindergarten in the field of inclination 7%. The kindergarten is located on the plots number 570, st. 373, st. 374 in the village Vrané nad Vltavou. The building has two floors and one basement. The kindergarten is for 60 children and for 11 employees. The building serves as a preschool institution for raising children. The supporting structure consists of a precast concrete frame supplemented in the basement by a cast-in-place wall and a foundation slap. External walls and partitions form sand-lime bricks Sendwich. The external walls are completed with Orsilt TF Profi mineral insulation th. 280 mm. The floors are made of prestressed concrete floor slabs Spiroll PPD 256 th. 250 mm supported by T and L primary beams. The building ends with a could extensive green roof. The slope and space for the blow-in insulation Climatizer Plus uses Steico Joist 400 I-beams. Windows are wooden frame Optiwin Purista and doors are Optiwin Entrada.
Detached family house, Valašské Meziříčí

The aim of the bachelor thesis is a design of family house located in the cadastral area of the town Valašské Meziříčí. It is a two-storey family house on a slope, with a garage and a terrace adjacent to the first ground floor, which performs the function as a housing for four to five member family. The object is designed as a wall system, built from sand-lime bricks km beta Sendwix and insulated with the ETICS thermal insulation composite system. Horizontal supporting structures are made of reinforced concrete. The entire building is roofed with a flat roof. Wooden windows and doors are used in the building to fill the holes. The bachelor thesis is elaborated in the form of a project documentation for the execution of the construction.
Energy efficient terraced house

The aim of my diploma thesis is a design of a new energy efficient terraced house in the gap site. Building has two dwelling unit of category 4+kitchenette and 6+ kitchenette. Building has a cellar, two floors and an attic. The cellar structures and horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete. Sand-lime bricks are used for masonry. The building is covered with gabled roof with timber roof truss. In this building there are used rainwater and renewable energy in a form of electrical energy made by photovoltaic panels.
Detached house, Bystrice pod Hostynem

This bachelor’s thesis deals with a design of a detached house in a particular area in the village Bystrice pod Hostynem. The aim is to create dispositionally logically linked com-plex that will suit the requirements of a modern four or five-member family and will fit into the current development with its own look. The house is designed as a two storey, no basement and with a gabled roof. The garage for one car is structurally and functionally joined with a living area. Peripheral walls are from the SENDWIX system, which is made up of the sand-lime bricks warmed with mineral insulation of rock wool. The orientation of this house to the cardinal points is chosen according to the requirements of sunlight and the thermal comfort of separate rooms. On the south side of the house is a spacious garden which is accessible through the terrace from the living room.

This diploma thesis is exploring the plan for the construction of kindergarten in the city of Velíková. The kindergarten is located in the north part of the properties with numbers 528/1 and 63. It is a two-floor building with partial basement. The building is designed for three classes with the total number of pupils being 54. In the western part of the property a car park is designed with 18 parking spaces in total. From the layout perspective, on the first floor, there are two classes and a utility rooms for the employees. All rooms have a separate entrance, so that there is no obstruction or interference. On the second floor, there is one class and a school staffroom situated. There are storage and a technical facility located in the cellar. The building’s supporting system is made from sand-lime bricks. Reinforced concrete panels Spiroll create the roof construction. The diploma thesis contains project documentation for construction work.
Boarding house Pamferova Huť

This diploma thesis describes the design and processing of project documentation pension. The proposed facility is located in the village of Železná Ruda- Pamferova Hut. The site is widely used by tourists in winter and summer. This is partly basement building, which has 2 storeys and an attic. The roof is designed as a gabled dormer with a flat roof. The building is based on the footings of plain concrete and under the reinforced concrete pillars are designed shoe. Supporting, peripheral and partition walls are designed from sand-lime bricks SENDWIX. An exception is peripheral walls of the basement, which is in contact with soil, which is designed as a lost formwork. In the dining area, which has an open reinforced concrete columns. Ceiling structure will consist of prestressed ceiling panels SPIROLL. Perimeter walls are insulated using external thermal insulation composite system using insulation from stone wool. The building is functionally divided into three main parts with a common main entrance. The first part is a restaurant with a kitchen, storage and kitchen facilities. This section is designed restaurants with a total capacity of 26 persons, the capacity will be in the summer to expand the possible capacity of the terrace, which belongs to the dining room. It is also proposed sanitary facilities for visitors to the restaurant, kitchen with storage and facilities for staff. The second part is the wellness center, which consists of a gym and rooms with infrared sauna and whirlpool. This section is designed sanitary facilities for visitors separated for men and women. The last part of the pension, which used to accommodate 30 people and the background of the pension. Backgrounds pension means any technical equipment room, storage room for bikes and skis, and not least the individual room house, which also includes a room for personal hygiene. Mixed-use Building

The aim of the master thesis is to process the project doucmentation for a mixed-used building in the cadastre unit of Brno-Líšeň. The object is designed as a building with a basement and four above-ground floors. The building has a regular floor plan with partial basement and flat roof and comprises 12 housing units. On the ground floor there is a mixed-used zone. The building has a wall structural system. It is designed with filigree floor slabs. The vertical structural system is mainly made from sand-lime blocks, while the rest is made from permanent formwork. The roof is designed as flat - single and green. The structure is based on strip foundations.
Reconstruction of apartment block

In new storey will created five housing units. Space of sewing company will reduction and instead of will created housing unit and office. Next to the house is courtyard. On the courtyard will constructed gallery for entry to the housing units in second storey.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a rehabilitation center, which is located in the cadastral area of the village Mušov on the border of the village Pasohlávky. It is a two-storey rehabilitation center with a gym and a partial basement. The thesis deepens the initiative of Thermal Pasohlávky, which plans to build a spa resort in the same section, combining elements of spa care, recreation and sports use. The object fulfills the function of a rehabilitation medical facility. The center is designed for up to 50 patients and is functionally divided into three parts. The first part consists of rehabilitation. We will find here several exercise rooms, hydrotherapy, electrotherapy, doctor's office with waiting room and reception. Rehabilitation also includes a gym with access to the terrace and park. On the second floor we can find specialized department of ergotherapy for people with different types of disabilities and second functional part of the bulding designed for staff facilities. It is made up of staffing facilities, dressing rooms, offices and meeting rooms. The third functional part consist from the technical background of the building and is located on the ground floor. The object is designed as a wall system, built from sand-lime bricks km beta Sendvix and insulated with the ETICS thermal insulation made from mineral wool. Horizontal supporting structures are designed as reinforced concrete. The entire building is roofed with a flat roof. Wooden windows and doors are used in the building to fill the holes. Before the building is a parking lot for employees and visitors of the rehabilitation facility. The design respects the principles of barrier-free solutions. The bachelor thesis is elaborated in the form of a project documentation for the execution of the construction.
