Construction Project for Implementation of Multifunctional Building in Brno

The main subject of this diploma thesis is a construction technological project of preparation and realization multifunctional building in Brno on Trugeněvova street. It is a new construction of the main building. It provides a technical report on the construction technology project, transport relations for the transport of materials and machinery to the construction site, following technical report of construction site equipment, construction technology study, design of machinery and last but not least elaboration of technological regulation for the execution of monolithic structures. Furthermore, the chapters on health and safety protection at work on the construction site, as well as the LEED certification system and the financial and time plan of the selected stage are elaborated.
Influence of ergonomics on workplace productivity

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of ergonomics from the point of view of safety and health protection at work in connection with the legislation of the European Union and the legislation of the Czech Republic. Ergonomic standards and subsequent system analysis describing the company's processes follow. The output is the results of ergonomic analysis of the workplace, proposed corrective measures to eliminate the risks associated with incorrect work position in a specific work activity and evaluation of the dependence of productivity on increasing the ergonomics of the workplace.
Extension and construction modifications of the F2 production hall in Hodonice - construction technology project

The subject of this diploma thesis is the development of a complex construction technology project for the realization of three additions to the existing production hall. The work aims at the optimal choice of intertwining the temporal, spatial and technological structure of the construction process in such a way that the work is completed on time, at a pre-agreed price and in the required quality.
Technological stage of the substructure of an apartment building in Zlín

The subject of my bachelor's thesis is the solution of the technological stage of the substructure of an apartment building in Zlín. The building has four floors above ground and one underground floor. The house is based on a foundation slab, which is connected to the perimeter walls, these structures form a white tank system. The thesis includes a technical report, the construction situation with broader relations to transport routes, bill of quantities, technological regulations for earthworks and foundations, design of mechanical assembly, time schedule, machine system design, inspection and test plan, occupational health and safety, white tank system solution, schemes for excavation work and concreting.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of safety and health protection at work. The aim of this work is to try to outline the issue theoretically and then transfer it to a practical level on an illustrative example. After studying this work, the reader should be able to perceive the topic of safety and health at work as an integral part of the project. The basics of project management and occupational health and safety were mentioned in the literary research. The practical part focuses on describing the functioning of the issue on a partricular building site. The text describes the key processes of the issue needed to transfer theoretical knowledge into practice.
Apartment building in Trutnov construction technology project

In my master´s thesis I am talking about solution of building a top rough construction technology in a block of flats. The content of my thesis are mainly worked out technical regulations concerning monolithic ceiling constructions and vertical load bearing constructions. Regarding the phase of the top rough construction, also there are a proposition of a building site organization, a technical report about the building site organization, a technical report about a building-technological project, solution of construction orgaization, a timetable, an item budget and a proposition of machine compositions.
Technological stage of the substructure of the Faculty of the Environment in Prague

This bachelor thesis is an assessment of the technological planning of a Czech agricultural university in Prague, Faculty of the Environment substructure. Thesis focuses on the mechanisation as well as process of the construction. The building consists of three underground and four aboveground floors. Altogether seven floors are built upon a concrete slab foundation, supported by piles. The content includes technical report, general layout, vicinity plan, ground works schedule, the process of construction sheet piles and soldier beams with anchors. Technological schedule include the machinery schedule together with technological tests schedules, followed by the site facilities plan, moving on to bill of quantities, budget time schedule, H&S quide and a construction noise pollution report.
Preparation for the implementation of the lower building of the pension in Opava

The bachelor's thesis deals with the implementation of a substructure of a guest house in Opava. This building, founded in complex foundation conditions, is composed of five floors without a basement. The house is based on piles, which support the foundation strips. Part of the rough substructure is also an installation channel, made in the form of a watertight concrete structure. This work contains a technical report, the situation of the construction with wider relations of transport routes, a detailed statement of acreage, technological regulation for earthworks and foundation, drawing and report of construction site equipment, time schedule, machine design, control and trial plan, safety and health at work, schematic procedures of earthworks and foundations, as well as item budget.
Solution of the construction-technological phase of the substructure of the fire station building in Brno

The bachelor's thesis deals with the technological phase of the substructure of the fire station. It is a four-storey building without a basement, which is located on a sloped ground near the Brno dam. The individual floors are designed as receding with dominant terraces on the side of the dam. The building is designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton with a system of waterproof concrete foundations supplemented by external waterproofing of PVC foil. The building is based on the base plate. The work contains a technical report of the object, a closer and broader situation of transport relations, a detailed statement of acreage, technological regulation for the implementation of the waterproof concrete foundation, drawing and report of construction site equipment, schedule, machine design, control and test plan, safety and health at work, then a variant assessment of construction machinery.

This bachelor’s thesis aims to clearly describe the technological stage of rough upper construction of production hall of the company Beton Brož s.r.o. in Otnice. The content reveals solution to supply parts for assembly and transportation to the site, equipment of construction zone, effective technologies, quality control of performed work, ensuring of safety and health profection at work, schedule and construction budget. The main effort is to suggest the proces of work in order to utilize benefits of the steel skeleton, particularly the speed of construction.
