Development of water law in Czech lands before 1914

The purpose of this thesis was to capture the development of legal regulation of the Czech water law and of water-law relationships, and to point out that miller's law, fisheries law and navigation law are naturally related to the water law. Water transport and handling were not regulated in any manner in the most ancient times. The Czech water law was built on the heritage of the Roman legal culture. From the end of the 10th century, the first mentions of water-law relationships can be found, particularly in monarch's charters. The first important legal regulations related to water included the Mining Code (Ius Regale Montanorum) by king Wenceslas II of 1300-1305 and the Code Maiestas Carolina by king Charles IV, which was not implemented in practice, though. The so called lawbooks are another significant resource for understanding legal regulations related to water. Elements of a complex legal regulation with statewide legal force started to be applied from the end of the 15th and in the course of the 16th century - a number of municipal establishments and the code of municipal law created by Pavel Kristián of Koldín. System for Administration and Monitoring of Fishing Activities

The task of this thesis was to do researches based on information by potential users connected to fishing activities in Czech Republic. After researches finished design and implement system for administration of fishing activities. During the work on system was performed multiple iterations of user testing and in reaction to the tests was made some changes in the system. The system is developped using Nette Framework combine with Bootstrap library as responsive web application.

Analysis of the development of global capture fishery and aquaculture production

Global production from capture fisheries and aquaculture and the food fish supply is currently the highest on record and remains very significant for global food security. This study is focused on the contribution of the aquaculture to the global production of fish, crustaceans, molluscs, and other aquatic animals in the short-time observation from 2000- 2008. The aim of the presented PhD. Thesis title "Analysis of The Development of Global Capture Fish and Aquaculture Production (200-2008)" seeks to describe in the fist part of the work study provides basic information about the development of the Global fishery and aquaculture as a branch of human knowledge. The next part describes the characteristics of Global fishery growing and fish-production development, and focused on the analysis of contribution of aquaculture production by environment in total fish production within the defined reference period 2000-2008. Statistical methods were applied to evaluate the state of aquaculture production including mean coefficient of growth and mean coefficient of change. There is also presented shorttime point and interval extrapolation prediction of studied events. Methods of regression and correlation analysis and development trends were applied for the mathematicalstatistical analysis. The main objective of this study is to present prospective analysis to help both policy maker and technical specialist to improve the development of national fishery and aquaculture sector.

Breeding burbot (Lota lota L.)in the Czech Republic

Zabývám se chovem mníka jednovousého různými metodami chovu a to od váčkového plůdku až po ročka (jednoletou rybu) s možným výhledem do budoucna jako s tržní rybou. Také srovnávám poloumělý a umělý způsob výtěru. Krátce se zmiňuji i o chovu v zahraničí především Polsko a Německo. Navrhuji opatření na zvýšení produkce a uplatnění mníka na našem trhu jako konzumní ryby.

Formulace požadavků na soudobou ochranu tropických biotopů jako příprava na příspěvek ČR k naplňování Úmluvy o biodiverzitě

CD-ROM obsahuje práci Biologická diverzita povodí Rio Caura (Venezuela, Bolivar), a hlavní směry ochrany v součinnosti s domorodým obyvatelstvem (literární rešerše k biodiverzitě povodí Rio Caura, vlastní výsledky z terénního průzkumu v lednu 2006 a shrnutí). Hlavní cíle ochrany, expedičních výprav a biologického výzkumu v povodí Rio Nichare navrhované nadací Velká Amazonie v součinnosti s domorodým obyvatelstvem kmene Yekwana: 1) Zastavit realizaci všech plánů, které by mohly zapříčinit změny hydrologického cyklu povodí Rio Caura, včetně výstavby přehrad, změny toků a výrazných změn příbřežní vegetace; 2) Zřídit monitorovací program migrujících druhů ryb; 3) Zřídit minimálně tříletý studijní program ke zjištění udržitelných kvót pro rybolov na dolní Cauře; 4) Zřídit monitorovací program celého povodí; 5) Zřídit koridory jež by chránily sezóně zaplavovaný les (až na hranici padesátileté vody); 6) Zřídit plán ochrany klíčových druhů a oblastí; 7) Podílet se na zavedení veřejných naučných programů zdůrazňujících důležitost vodního ekosystému Caury pro uchování diverzity tropického deštného lesa a životního prostoru původních etnik; 8) Zamezit introdukci nepůvodních druhů rostlin a živočichů do povodí Caury; 9) Obnovit příbřežní lesní vegetaci pod Raudal Cinco Mil; 10) Zřídit plány pro udržitelnou těžbu následujících druhů rostlin: Ocotea cymbarum, Vochysia venezuelana (používány k výrobě lodí), Acosmium nitens, Geonoma deversa., a Heteropsis flexuosa. The position of Iceland in international trade

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the position of Iceland in the international trade, considering present economic situation and development of economic situation after the year 2008. In the year 2008 Iceland was hit by economic crisis with its full force. There are also analyzed sectors in this thesis, which are for Iceland typical. The thesis analyzes Iceland as a candidate for membership in the European Union as well. Problematic points of the accession negotiations are described in this part. After that it is focused on business relations between the Czech republic and Iceland.

Analysis of tourism with a view to hunting tourism

The main goal of this work is to analyze fishing tourism in the Czech Republic and suggest an innovation in the supply. The work is based on the hypothesis that the customers of fishing tourism generally do not use the supply of the tour operators and they organize their holiday by themselves and that there is a way to change their mind by improving the current supply with a new kind of product. The informations about the market have been gained by a questionnaire and considering the results 2 kinds of products have been created.

The main poit of the work was the Lipno region and analysis of tourism services (accommodation, food, infrastructure, services for bikers, skiers, motorists, supplement services). And than was judged level of staff, cleanness, order and price too. After marketing research was realized data complied to tables, graphs. These informations was judged to client, environment, employment. Was proposed move too help this region in attractive. The main areas were: 1. A better quality for local inhabitants, 2. Infrastructure and environment, 3. Development of tourism, 4. Support for enterprisers. Than was offered innovation product package and comparison among Lipno region, Austria, Germany.
