Jozífová, Kateřina ; Knapík, Jiří (advisor) ; Köpplová, Barbara (referee)
The Diploma work is focused on the media image of Julius Fučík in the children's magazines between 1945 and 1970. The main aim of the work was to find out how often Julius Fučík appeared in the contents of selected magazines for children and how he was presented to them. Eleven periodicals intended for elementary school children were selected for the research - Vlaštovička, Vpřed, Mateřídouška, Studánka, Plamen mládí, Člověk a příroda, Ohníček, Pionýrské noviny, Pionýr, ABC mladých techniků and přírodovědců, Sedmička. Texts devoted to the topic of Julius Fučík or his works were subjected to frequency and thematic analysis. Based on them, it was possible to determine the period of ups and downs of Fučík's cult of personality, as well as to determine six main themes that were associated with his person in children's magazines. In the conclusion, all predetermined research questions are answered and the results of the entire work are described in more detail way. The analyses showed that the period of the strongest Fučík's cult had occurred in 1953. On the contrary, between the years 1945-1948, 1955-1956 and 1965-1969, not a single text related to Julius Fučík appeared in children's magazines. The research also showed that Julius Fučík was presented to children as a national hero, a role model, both...

The analysis of the principles of this interaction leading into introduction of the partial interactive models covering these processes is formed by the essential plane. The structure of the thesis is divided into ten main chapters in which the author tries to introduce a category of perception, a definition of the image and imitation as a tool of cultural transmission, presentation of the units of this transmission, the process of the interaction itself and analogous example of the fundamental role that a person in this interaction holds. There are also three analogies of these roles, which refer to the anthropological universal interaction describing the man as a gatherer and hunter. Their main purpose is to illustrate the form of a human experience better. Finally, there are reflections on the topic above. The possibilities and results, which...

Fucimanová, Martina ; Nyklová, Blanka (advisor) ; Pavlík, Petr (referee)
The diploma thesis is based on interviews with participants of the Mentoring program for early career scientists. The paper presents an analysis of the ways in which interview participants relate to what they believe is science. The aim of the analysis is to find out whether their understanding of science is gender-related and what features carry the academic identity of people actively participating in the mentoring program. The theoretical frameworks are the epistemology of science, the theory of mentoring, the scientific environment in the Czech Republic and the work of Pat O'Connor, Clare O'Hagan and Julie Brannen which deal with the research of academic identities in the current neoliberal academic environment.
Examination of the impact of teacher's gender, age and experience on student achievement
