This thesis describes the design and preparation of project documentation for construction of the building of a detached house in Karvina Mizerov. The building is located on a plot 1255/111 in administrative area of Karvina. The proposal respects the local plan. The building is without a basement with two floors and nonresidential heated soil. The property includes a garage for two cars. Roofing part of the first floor is designed as a walkable flat roof. The roof above the second ground floor designed as a saddle. The structural system is a wall, brick. The house is designed as a residential unit for permanent residence in a family of four.

The bachelor thesis deals with the processing of project documentation. Specifically, the parts A, B, C, D.1.1 and D.1.3 of Annex 6 to Regulation No. 499/2006 Coll., On construction documentation, as amended by Decree No. 62/2013 Coll. The documentation refers to a house designed for four-to five-member family. Land with plate number 1414 is in Troubsko. The building has two floors and a partial basement. The second floor is designed in the form of the attic below the pitched roof with timber roof truss. Lee is protected by pitched hipped roof with timber roof truss. On the south side of the house is a spacious terrace. In the basement is designed one-car garage, utility room and storage. The first floor is the social part of the house. The second floor is resting part, children's rooms and bedroom for parents are placed here. The house is based on the footings of plain concrete. Vertical and horizontal load bearing structures are designed from Porotherm. Partitions are also designed from clay blocks Porotherm. For roofing are designed roof tiles. Roof is supported by timber roof truss. Retaining walls are designed from permanent concrete formwork. The enclosed essay deals with the topic of staircases.

The subject of my bachelor thesis is a project of a new detached house. The building have two above-gound floors and a flat roof. Walls will be made from clay blocks HELUZ. Beside the house is a shielded parking for two vehicles. The project of the building is in accordance with the local development plan of Podlesí. It also emphasizes the layout, architectural, fire and thermal aspects of the individual structures.

The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is the proposal and preparation of project documentation of a family house on the land parcel No. 229/10 in the Rabštejnská Lhota village. The house is situated in flat terrain. This is a two-floor house with garage, no basement. The house is designed maximum for a family of five. The perimeter walls of the house are made of limestone blocks insulated EPS polystyrene insulation. The ceiling is made of reinforced concrete beams POT and ceramic Miako. The supporting roof structure is made of wood trusses. Above the garage is a terrace. The roof of the shed and vegetation. The building is ventilated using forced ventilation. The building is in the B-very economical category according to the energy envelope.
Development and influence of tourism on the market price of real estate with a residential function in the city of Mikulov

This diploma thesis is focused on the development and influence of tourism on the market price of real estate with a residential function in Mikulov and then this effect is evaluated. Thesis is processed specifically for detached houses in Mikulov. The theoretical part is focused on clarifying the basic concepts and definitions in the fields tourism and the real estate market. These terms are for example: real estate, building, detached house or tourism. In next part of theoretical part is about price and value, documents for real estate valuation. Next are defined valuation methods and factors, which affect the price of real estate. In the end of theoretical part are describe tourism and regression analysis, which is used to determine the impact of tourism on real estate prices in Mikulov. After the theoretical part, there is a problem situation, which then continues to process this problem. After this part is developed and evaluated influence of tourism on price of real estate with residential function. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the impact of tourism in a tourist area on the market price of houses and the subsequent interpretation of the results, which were processed according to the chosen methodology.
Comparison of selected methods for the valuation of barrier-free houses in Jihlava

Target for this thesis is to describe the methods of evaluation, and with chosen evaluation methods, by the use of comparison, to highlight their difference. This thesis is focused mostly on the barrier-free houses, that require special construction alterations for the handicaped. Next target for this thesis is to compare the price difference of the regular house and the barrier - free house. Practical part of the thesis is focused mostly on estimating the price of the family houses by the chosen evaluation methods, which are cost method, comparison method and standard price. Their final prices will be compared with each other. Partial task of the thesis is to find out, how big part of the final price of the house is the aspect of the barrier-free construction.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with project of family house designed for four to five persons family. Part of the house is independent garage for one personal car. This object will be built in newly rise residential zone.on the edge of Hostkovice village. Family house is designed as independently standin, two-level and with full basement. In the basement there is technical room, warehouse, fitness room and sauna, wine cellar and toilet. In the first level there is vestibule, workroom, dressing room, kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom. Kitchen, dining room and living room are connected. From living room there is access to outdoor terrace directed to the garden. In the second level there is relax zone. It consists of three childs‘ room and bedroom, completed with bathroom and dressing room. From the vestibul there is access to the balcony. Second level is designed as an attic. Roof is gabled with roof covering of clay tiles TONDACH. Supporting perimeter basement walls are composed of concrete formwork blocks CS-CONCRETE BLOCKS Formwork 30. Circuit walls above ground are made of ceramic blocks POROTHERM 30 PRO. Horizontal supporting structure is made of beams POT and inserts MIAKO of the ceiling system POROTHERM.
