Bin Picking and Robotic Vision
Múčka, Jan ; Parák, Roman (referee) ; Matoušek, Radomil (advisor)
The aim of this master’s thesis is to describe the Robotic Vision for Bin Picking usage and creating an application for the realization of this task. This application will be able to distinguish several objects based on data from a camera with deep perception and should find the location of object, recognize it and determine its location and orientation. Bin Picking is one of the biggest challenges in today's automation.
Robot vision with industrial robots Kuka
Krajcar, Milan ; Pochylý, Aleš (referee) ; Kubela, Tomáš (advisor)
Master’s thesis is describing main terms in machine vision. It defines the basic working principles, its advantages and disadvantages. It is dividing machine vision systems into several classes. The thesis is solving design of an end effector, of an inspection process and program for smart camera Siemens SIMATIC VS722A, of a program for KUKA KR3 and of mutual communication. At the end the demonstrational application verifying the functionality of entire system is introduced.
Identification of 3D objects for Robotic Applications
Hujňák, Jaroslav ; Návrat, Aleš (referee) ; Matoušek, Radomil (advisor)
This thesis focuses on robotic 3D vision for application in Bin Picking. The new method based on Conformal Geometric Algebra (CGA) is proposed and tested for identification of spheres in Pointclouds created with 3D scanner. The speed, precision and scalability of this method is compared to traditional descriptors based method. It is proved that CGA maintains the same precision as the traditional method in much shorter time. The CGA based approach seems promising for the use in the future of robotic 3D vision for identification and localization of spheres.
Control of EUROBOT Mobile Robot
Plucnar, Libor ; Jílek, Tomáš (referee) ; Žalud, Luděk (advisor)
The thesis is focused on the theoretical development of a control algorithm for mobile robot based on Eurobot and its subsequent practical implementation according to a specific assignment. There are two main methods designed to control the robot according to the input signal, whereby the robot orientats. The first control method is using the camera. This section describes general procedure how to create the image classifier, under which it is possible to search objects. The second part describes the trajectory planning of the robot depends on its position to achieve a specific point on a predetermined map. During the proceedings are taken into account static and dynamic barriers that can occur in an environment in which the robot moves in. In the study was also designed graphical user interface.
Mobile robot control
Franěk, Dominik ; Slušný, Stanislav (advisor) ; Kudová, Petra (referee)
The goal of this work is design and realization of an autonomous mobile robot, capable of navigation and map creation, using stereoscopic camera and robotic operation system ROS. ** This is an added text for reaching minimal length needed for uploading into information system. **
